Creating Opportunities
Much of what we suffer from is self-inflicted. Our mood, attitude, mental health, physical health, and energy levels are interconnected and influence each other. When we fail to take care of ourselves, when we don’t have direction, we start to see and feel our health, energy, and mood deteriorate.

L3 - Leadership, Learning and Life
Life happens. It’s messy and unexpected and almost never runs a simple straight line from one point to the next. Along the way, there are all these moments, some memorable, many forgettable. Happiness and sorrow, boredom, and excitement, profound and average - it’s all in there somewhere.

Seeking External Inspiration
I recently had this conversation with an in depth friend, what ‘success’ is and the way you see it. He was just 30 years old and just a couple of months from that stage, I’m sure we’re faraway from the sole friends within the new decade who are reviewed and tested to ascertain if we are where we thought we might be. My friend said she saw me succeeding, watching things like my job, relationships, accommodation arrangements, etc., but I didn't. that's to not say that i'm not satisfied with my current situation, not in any way but ‘success’ is one among those words that we aren't familiar with engaging in. Success may be a goal of longing, and always moving. Most folks know what our version of success seems like but what percentage people stop and say, "Okay, that's right. there's nothing else I can do"? a moving goal as a replacement opportunity and not as an impossible distance that creates you fail.

Billy Bull
Billy always thought of himself as the surefire pure bread of the family. The one most would be proud of. He wasn't completely wrong being raised in a family of six. His tough and stout brother always led the way for Billy protecting him from the outside world. Billy, of medium build and honestly a tad bit small for his age, never let anything get him down.

Networking: Freelancer's Best Friend - If Done Right
In my several years working as a freelancer, I have learned several skills that have been of great help to me. Multitasking, time management, organization of goals and objectives. Things I had to learn along the way so I don't fail or lose my sanity. However, I think that the main tool of every self-employed person is networking.

Passion. Perseverance. Professionalism.
There were times in Farrah Ali’s life where those three tenants were all she had to fall back on. In the early 2000s, her world was rocked by a difficult divorce and, with two kids depending on her, she had to start all over, redefine her life’s vision, and move forward with her head held high.
