Why you have to be a monster
Today I was ice skating with some friends and it was really interesting seeing the people who were the best at it. Those who were tentative, nervous, and waddling about didn’t do so well- they simply couldn’t move anywhere (or at least without any speed). However, the opposite end of this included people who went way too quick, cocky and ended up landing upon their ass (can’t lie that was me).

The Greatest Lesson The Universe Ever Taught Me
Divine timing was always a hard concept for me to understand. I, unfortunately, lack an important quality needed to co-create with the universe which is patience. You hear the saying “patience is a virtue” all the time but no one ever talks about how hard it can be to actually be patient. Yes, in the end it’ll be worth it, but what about in the moment?

Boost Your Productivity with Constraints
Steve Jobs once cleverly said: “People think focus means saying yes to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I’m actually as proud of the things we haven’t done as the things I have done. Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things. Limitations can make you more productive, hit the finish line more often, and save your focus from slipping.”

Creating a positive atmosphere around yourself!
What exactly is a good environment? It is a climate of harmony, optimism, and positive interpersonal interactions. The atmosphere is one of optimism and friendliness toward everybody. There are no bad sentiments, no injured feelings, and no hatred in this kind of setting. There is less friction, more understanding, and a greater willingness to assist in this kind of setting.

Fortune favor's Brave
“Fortune favors brave” It is every young person's dream to achieve a good position through education. I was also the first woman in my family to become a mechanical engineer with a B.Tech degree, so naturally, everyone had high expectations of me. I had heard from some people that having a degree in hand would help you get a better job. Before arriving, I had the job offer letter in hand, and I had the hope of a good career in my eyes. I had also carefully completed my studies, but my ambitions were dashed when the studies concluded and there was no work. For a middle-class family, 4 to 5 lakh rupees is a large sum; it was difficult to bear the cost of education; family members expected me to get a job after finishing my studies. And when I will be able to earn a living. I will help my parents by paying for the rest of my siblings' education.

The World Behind the shadows
Kona had been walking for hours. This long journey, which had started 6 days earlier, had shown him beauties from an Africa he had never suspected. Amazed by Dakar, it was the setting sun that reminded him of the time of the meeting. On the way back, he got lost. Questions here and there, posed to passers-by, were of great help to him, but when he arrived, no one was present. The fishermen were putting away their nets, the women were still brazing fish, but no familiar faces appeared to him. He had given them his bag, the trip was paid for, but no one was waiting for him. Distraught, he cried for a long time.

Why Is It Better To Come Third Than Second?
Mack Robinson smashed the world record for the 200 meters — but nobody remembers him. In the 1936 Summer Olympics, Mack ran in the 200m final and crossed the line in 21.1 seconds shaving 0.1 of a second off the old record. But nobody remembers him because Mack finished behind four-time gold medalist Jesse Owens.
