THE GUY WITH THE GUITAR
Yes, you ARE my hero! For the longest time we struggled to find common interests and things we could do together. You were at work so much of the time and would come home exhausted and occasionally fall asleep with your head on your dinner plate. You described yourself as a Type "B" personality in a Type "A" job. Not too far off the mark, although you continued to push through being an internist for 40 years because you loved your patients. But to your credit, you signed up to coach little league and AYSO for our kids, joined Indian Princesses with our daughter, and even began helping with my children's theatre productions. You were the official rope puller for flying Peter Pan- three different rope systems that could easily end up in the fly loft, never to be used again during the production. You danced in the party scene of The Nutcracker in our local production, and practically got a hernia carrying one of the "dolls" offstage. She wasn't fat- she was all muscle! You made it look effortless.

Dear Mrs. Hughes
Dear Mrs. Hughes, How are you? How have you been doing? Has life been going well? These are questions that cannot fully express how much I want to thank you for your guidance, even if only for a couple of months. You may have forgotten but this is a key moment in my life that I’ll never forget.

How to become a Superstar
Today you can’t say you don’t know how to do it, the information is out there, all around you. Be it here on Medium or YouTube, you can easily find any and every information you need in order to achieve this, so nobody can tell me they don’t know. If you say that, then it means you deliberately don’t want to know, or you don’t want to accept what is being told to you. I’m just going to add to an already big database of information.

Why my first Company failed!
For the most part of our research we only get to see all the success-filled stories of all the companies out there, I’ll like to share with you my experience with my first company and the reasons why it failed. Mind you, I was still very young at the time and just trying to make it out in the world with some great ideas. My experience is not to discourage any young persons out there from following their dreams, if anything this is to encourage you to follow up with your dreams by avoiding the mistakes I made.

An Interesting CEO
Have you ever gotten a chance to interact closely with a CEO? I’ll definitely like to hear your experience, and here is mine. Whenever I hear about a CEO, I always imagine this cool dude (or woman) who is making a lot of money, with a bright smile, fancy clothes and well-loved and appreciated by everybody, they always look like smart persons we’ll all like to meet, what's the most amazing about CEOs is that despite the fact that they are so successful they still speak in a way that every person can relate to and understand clearly. Depending on their sector of work, they might even use a non-formal language to express themselves, dress casually or even act in different ways. I think it's common knowledge that any person who has achieved that level in society will be considered really smart, and so there is that intrinsic fear which makes us think we might not be able to understand or relate to them.

The Lost & Found
I still hear it. The ringing in my ears; that which has been an intangible scar of mine for a few years now. They tell you when you’re a child that life tends to fit you into it like a puzzle piece. You find your “knack”, a skill set that makes you a valuable member of society, but I guess I am that corner piece that fits nowhere, until now. My name is Zach, and I am going to tell you how my life changed; not in a single night, but by many excruciating, inspiring and unimaginable ones. This, is my story.

pov: rose colored glasses
I’ve heard from multiple sources that sometimes, I can be “too nice.” Okay, maybe more than multiple. Maybe like- from everyone. And it’s crazy because people say that to me like it’s a bad thing. To others, that’s seen as naïve, gullible, and childish. I will admit, my tendency to see that beauty in everything has landed me in some pretty questionable situations, but every single time, I never let it slow me down. To say the least, I have been shoved into the hardest level of a game that I didn’t even know I was playing. And after coming out more powerful than ever, I’m even more positive and forward-looking than before. It’s perplexing, I know. But that’s because you don’t see what I see- the whole damn thing, like a bird’s eye view. And it’s the most enlightening double-edged sword you could ever imagine.
