Consuming Passion
I once saw a film by this title which posited that humans had two consuming passions , sex and food , or in the film, chocolate. Essentially someone accidentally fell into a vat of chocolate and the resultant product sold like hot cakes , I think you can guess the rest.

Is it possible that 21 days helps in rebuilding new habits?
Everybody has known about the law that makes up the brilliant standard: it just requires 21 days to compel yourself to fabricate a beneficial routine, to dispose of a terrible one, or to gather accidentally.

How I Transformed My Life
If you're feeling down and miserable about yourself then you're not alone on that. Believe me when I tell you that I once hit rock-bottom early in life when I've given into temptations with no direction in life or whatsoever. All I really liked to do from age 13-20 was play video games, hang out with friends, party, try new things, give in to peer pressure and just have fun without the thought of the future. Let's just say I wasn't the brightest kid around as I didn't even graduate high school but managed to get my GED so I could start working in entry level jobs immediately. And where did that lead me? I'd say it made me earn hard-work experience and some money but not the kind of life I really wanted. So I had to keep improving myself through self-education and college education. I've been learning mushroom cultivation in 2012 & foraging in 2016 because I've always wondered & been fascinated by the mushroom life cycle since I was a kid. I've even attended seminars hosted by experts such as Tellur Fenner and Paul Stamets & bought some of Paul Stamets books such as Growing Gourmet & Medicinal Mushrooms, Mycelium Running & David Arora's books such as All That The Rain Promises, Mushroom Demystified & from time to time looking up more information from the internet so I can learn more. Other than that, I was always fat and out of shape from when I was a little kid until right around the age of 13-14 when I've lost a lot of weight during puberty then started gaining weight again and was at the worse shape of my life by the age of 20. The fact that I have an endomorph body type didn't help. I've managed to overcome obesity by exercising regularly using apps such as daily yoga, ThenX, bodyspace or google/youtube, watching my calories/macronutrients/micronutrients with the help of myfitnesspal app, making sure I drink good amounts of water & sleep atleast 8 hours a day. It took me at least a year to learn discipline, to self motivate & dedicate myself to fitness & health back in 2014. That was the year that changed my mind, body and spirit. I've been able to manage my weight until today. Furthermore, I've attained my CNA or Certified Nursing Assistant with Medical Careers College in 2012 and didn't start working in the field until right around 2013. I've dealt with the elderly, middle ages and adolescence with various healthcare issues. I'd say I liked mental health the most because it was such a fulfilling duty to be able to make a difference in other people's lives by just being their companion. Then in 2015 I decided to further my studies in healthcare by getting my Pharmacy Technician License with Unitek and worked in the field for about a year which is where I've met my wife who is a Pharmacist. After getting fed up by so many rude customers I decided to go back to college and pursue the creative field which I'm passionate of & due to the fact that I've always been somewhat artistic since I was little when I used to draw dragon ball Z characters on a piece of white paper. I've finally attained my Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design/Graphics & Web Development in 2020 after 3 years of online school with Devry University. I'm also learning more about investing in stocks, crypto and other ways to make passive income and I've only been doing this since April 2021.

Judge Me However You Want!
I don't know whether it's just a maturity thing or what it is, but as we transition from being a young adult, through to our middle aged years, and then to our senior years, we start to care less and less about what others think of us. Well, at least most of us start to care less anyway. We finally begin to understand how insignificant it really is to be so concerned and worried about how others perceive us, or what their opinions are of us. We finally start to tire of constantly trying to please others, and we start to realize that having concerned ourselves about what others think of us, for so long, has only ever brought us unhappiness, and drawn us away from creating the life that we desired. Sadly, for most people, so long had been their concern to please others, to be liked, to be respected, to be accepted, and to be admired, that a huge portion of their life has passed them by. Although it's never too late in life to start pursuing one's goals, age does become a factor in some regards, as we become a little more limited in what we can do. We become a little less agile, productive, and energetic, as age slowly begins to take its toll on our body. Not only that, but we can't disregard the fact that achieving significant goals naturally takes time also, often several years. So when we put this into clear perspective, if we discover in our middle to latter years that pleasing other people, being concerned about what others think of us, being worried how others perceive us, and being so focused on having others like and accept us, is in fact detrimental to our happiness, wellbeing, and the pursuit of our goals, we have likely just wasted half of our life away, even more, being unhappy and unfulfilled. The question has to be asked, why does it take so many of us so long to finally realize this?

Psychotherapy - The Right Way of Helping
Any mental health condition not only affects the individual suffering from it but also exerts demands from other people around. Family members and friends face the challenge of caring for and supporting the person through his/her journey towards better psychological well-being. As the burden of mental disorders is increasing globally, I am sure we all must have come across someone, in our family or a friend, who appears to be suffering from a mental health condition.

Why Keeping Your Dreams to Yourself Can Aid In Their Accomplishment ?
Every single person has experienced a dream at some instant in their lives. Every small person who grows up to be a large person has a desire for their life, whether it was visions of your wedding day when you were six years old or aspirations of becoming the next Hulk Hogan.

The Pen and the Therapist
What does a therapist do as soon as you start speaking, that’s right! they write. They listen to your words pick out what they need and write it down and feed it back to you. The definition of a therapist is, “A person who treats mental conditions by verbal communication and interaction; a psychotherapist.”, according to the oxford dictionary. Communication is the key word here. If you look that word up in the dictionary you will find many definitions that all encompass the same idea, communication is the process of information or ideas, be it written, spoken or other.

Be passionate about what you want to do!
Passion stands out among the qualities and talents that lead to success. Passion, unlike talent, knowledge, or other variables, is inherent: it cannot be taught or gained, but it is always present. The one characteristic that connects all successful people in equal proportion is passion, or an overpowering desire to achieve one's goals.

The Law of Attraction
As humans, we tend to dwell on the negative and forget to be grateful for the positive things in life. Have you ever wondered why some people are so successful in what they do and seem to be what we are calling it, being lucky? Well, luck has nothing to do with it.
