Ignore Deadlines as They Are Completely Artificial
As we go through a third year of crisis, be it health, geopolitics or economics, we are all bombarded with digital stimuli and distracting information. We are also becoming more reactive in the way we process information and decide about general matters. This is in part explained by the enormous level of mental stress and financial changes we have all faced in the recent past.

Anxiety Sucks
If you talk to any expert in the world they will tell you there are four levels of anxiety: mild, moderate, severe, and panic. My completely unprofessional opinion is that unless they are suffering from anxiety themselves they don't know what they're talking about or what they are categorizing for that matter! Anxiety sucks, on every level.

What is success?
Have you ever wondered what success is that so many people give up their whole life to pursue? Is it the perfect result in the work, the accuracy of every detail? Or is that another way of saying successful, which means having a rich life, and being respected by everyone? Then take some time to think quietly.

Strength in Silence
You wake up every day to push yourself through the same routine, steps, job.. the same everything. Mental conversations occur on a regular with yourself to convince the person inside you to wake up and move on with each passing step and moment. Yet, that person inside you seems to be shrinking on a daily. The roaring voice you once had, is now the small trembling sound of a child hidden somewhere in your being. Eventually, it will become the sound of a squeaking mouse, and maybe even be snuffed out. But is that something you are ready for?

Fixing
I used to think I could fix anything in my life if I just tried a little harder or gave it more time. But some things aren’t meant to be fixed. Sometimes, all you can do is make peace with it and move forward, knowing you did the best you could. (Positive Kristein)

Problem Solver!!!
Unlike most of you guys, I was once characterized as a problem creator. I was the one with the most negative energy in all the places I used to be. Which made me realize that I am my biggest problem. This is when I started reading books and particularly the ones in the self-help section. It took a lot of time for me to get out of my own shadow, but the effort was all worth it.

Spotlight on Mental Health
Once you start on the round path just like in life you can either turn back or go all the way around. I like taking photographs of paths. It reminds me that there is always a road ahead, and there is always a path and a choice for us to make.

Executive and Entrepreneurs: Here is How to Use Silence to Your Advantage
While silence can be awkward, learning how to use it at the right moment can be powerful. Conventional wisdom tells us that if you make your voice heard, be it in a classroom, in a board meeting or at a networking event, you are going to get what you want. One of the quotes that tends to resonate with my thinking is: “the loudest in the room is the weakest in the room”. And what I have learned in over 25 years as an entrepreneur and as I senior advisor is that decision makers appreciate quiet leadership as they often associate that with mature judgment. My advice today is going to be how to use silence to your advantage both in your personal and professional life.
