How much time do you waste worrying about nothing?
Maybe I am different, perhaps it's just the way my mind works or maybe everyone is like me, but they manage to hide it better. Throughout my career as a Regional Creative Director and in other management positions, A large portion of time has been spent helping individuals through the process of their daily challenges. Often the work-related issues we started with seemed to always drift away from the project, and I found myself delving into people's minds, with the strange feeling of my role becoming one of a psychiatrist. I had a sofa in my office, which didn't help!

Can I Hurt You
Can my opinion hurt you? This is a very serious question, because everyone in the world has an opinion about everything. The way that you respond are you receive someone's opinion could affect you greatly. The best thing to do is to have self-confidence and self-knowing. Who you are you attend not to fall for every little thing someone may say or may do? Your opinion is just that your opinion, but when I allow your opinion to affect my life or my beliefs then I have to question myself. What was said was it true or did you persuade me to think a certain way. It's kind of like a form of peer- pressure.

This thanksgiving feels more important than ever.
This year, i’m having trouble being thankful and I feel bad even saying that. Thanksgiving is a time to look back on the last 12 months and express gratitude towards the people you’ve loved, the places you’ve gone, the experiences you’ve had and the life you lived. I’m gonna be honest, this year was a crap fest for me and I have been doing more surviving that actual living. I’ve been in my lowest emotional state of the last 5 years, i’ve been forced into a work closure not one, not two, but THREE times. There have been cancelled vacations and honestly it feels like everytime I have something to look forward to, it gets taken away so i’ve just stopped getting excited. As Spencer Hastings once said, “that’s the thing about hope, it breeds eternal misery.”

True Understanding
#1 Self Love Above All If you find that %80 of your love is given to others instead of yourself you will find out you are lacking self-love. Most people who tend to show lots of love to others are lacking in themselves. Something we don’t have we tend to want more of. Low self-esteem comes from looking for others` approval. People of this nature will go beyond the call of duty to make people happy. You have to find love and happiness inside. Loving others more than yourself is not healthy. You are searching for validation. You will love and give more because you value the opinion of others more than your own opinion.
