goals
Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
The Background
A few days ago, I was driving home from work when I looked down the road and saw that I was a few hundred feet away from a wall of rain. Several thoughts came into mind. “Oh no, now? After how long of a day it was?” Was one of them. It was quickly shut out by the realization of how the rain glittered against the sunlight on it, making it look like that instead of a downpour, I was going to be driving through a curtain of diamonds and glitter. Finally, I clicked on my windshield wipers and drove through the downpour, feeling more optimistic about the day than I did before.

My journey during COVID 19
Ever since COVID 19 has made an impact on all of our lives, I have found myself struggling at certain times. I work in the vehicle repair industry and, to that effect, I haven't really stopped working ever since the UK went into full quarantine on the 23rd March, following the Mothering Sunday that had just passed.

Who says you can’t
Who said you can’t reach that goal, who said you couldn’t lose that weight, who said you don’t qualify for the job don’t apply, who made you feel like you weren’t good enough? Whoever doubted you, I want you to turn around and give them a big. ....... Thank you ! Yes’ I said it thank you! See those are the people who were fuel to your success during the time you were at a low point.

Even the Best Changes Can Be Scary
I love home improvement shows. I think it's because they take space that isn't working, or sometimes hideous, and they transform it into functional beauty. I've always thought I'd be amazing to have someone come in and transform my house into something designed for me (of course I need to buy a house first).

The Simple Rule I Have to Ensure I Keep on Creating. Top Story - June 2020.
Creativity is a mystery to everyone. Let's just damn well admit it. No-one knows how it works, else we'd all be hammering out best-selling novels, platinum albums and have 5 billion Youtube views.

From thought to action.
When you think of doing something you are half way there. It seems simple enough, doesn’t it? You have it in your mind, you can visualize the end result of your actions. Have you ever just ‘thought out’ your entire life? As you lay alone in bed, or perhaps next to your girlfriend/boyfriend or husband/wife, whatever the case may be, you picture your goals and aspirations in your mind. The degree, the car, the prestige, the fame, the fortune, need I say more? But there is one issue here, the DOING part.

Waking up at 5 AM
Hello, for the next 5 days I am going to be waking up at 5 AM. I want to learn why it's important to wake up at 5. Why is it important? I have no idea; that's why I'm going to get my sources from two different articles. Then, I will see if that data corresponds with experience. The first reason is that you will have an open window in the morning to connect with yourself or your faith. By getting up early for uninterupted and non-rushed time, you'll have time for personal development and time to work towards your aspirations. Another common point I found was that you will reach your peak state or build that discipline for everything else. Increased motivation and confidence is brought to the table. You will become a more respectable person with integrity. I don't know how some of this is necessarily correlated with waking up at 5 AM, regardless, I am up for the challenge. I will be tracking my progress each day. By writing a short little summary of how I feel, what I did, and how waking up has affected me.

FOUR WAYS TO BEAT LAZINESS DURING QUARANTINE
Is it just me, or has this pandemic made things a lot harder to stay motivated? Many of us are still working from home, many still are trying to find employment, and many of us have found side hustles to keep us busy during these uncertain times. One thing we might all have in common, though, is that it cab be hard to keep going when we don’t know what’s coming in the next month, week, or even day.

Don’t Expect Me to Come Out of Quarantine Skinny
With everyone out of work due to being quarantined, you might think this is an excellent opportunity to work on your goals, such as starting a business, remodeling your house, spring clean or my goal of becoming skinny by losing weight.

Anxiety Tingz
Thoughts racing uncontrollably. I got so much to accomplish yet I don’t fully understand where to begin. I’m nervous, anxious, ready, & even more TIRED. How should one change without proper guidance? Many chances that I have had to change into a better me has been taken & I have most def changed. Although positive, I still remain stuck in a time zone that I cannot escape. It’s like trying to get to the light, but instead you keep getting yanked back the closer you get. It’s worth the fight, but being 25 only makes this the beginning to my end. I just wanna end on a positive aspect, raise my kids & be successful. Whole time, I want my lil sister next to me conquering life.
