Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Are you afraid of change?
Quick Disclaimer: This is an opinion-based piece to share my thoughts on the topic. Life is a crazy journey, and it can be quite scary at times. There are endless options for what to do and who to be. So how are we supposed to find the path that's right for us? That brings us happiness, fulfillment, purpose, and of course a living. It's hard when there are so many options and so many people telling us that path A is better than path B, while others say the opposite.

Become more confident in 90 days.
Confidence is demonstrated by how we speak, walk, and interact with others. Confidence distinguishes a guy as a clever and distinct personality; they think carefully and speak calmly. Confidence is one of the most important and necessary characteristics in a human being; without it, a person cannot take chances or compete in their respective area. Confidence gives you the strength to follow your intuition and expand your individuality; it allows you to discover yourself and think smarter and beyond the box; confident people see things from different perspectives and treat them differently.

Morning pages: writing to unblock and guide creativity
I slept badly last night. Bad dreams and hot flushes, noise in the street outside. So this morning I stagger groggily out of bed, feeling grumpy and out of sorts. I brush my teeth, drink a glass of water, do some stretches. Then I go make a coffee, sit down at the kitchen table and open my journal to do my morning pages.

Discipline is the Purest Form of Self Love
It’s been a long time since I considered writing about this subject. It was a discovery that struck me one day when I was distraught and felt messed up. It was the sensation, and I was struggling with my thoughts due to its incessant overthinking, which was making me anxious. It had occurred many times before, but I had never grasped the fact that

Life is not stagnant.......
As we breathe we discover the reality, the warmth, and the zeal to explore. Life means to move on and this is its real beauty, so if the base of life is to move so why do we get stuck on certain things? so why get bothered by the things that are of no importance or significance to us?
