Remember those fond memories of playing football with your friends as a teenager? Now one hardly has any time to do exercises or physical activities, let alone keeping up with life pressures.

1. The perfect body is 20 minutes away

The first change anyone needs to make is including a twenty-minute workout every morning. That means one has to wake up earlier. We need to do what it takes to get the perfect body. At first, it is hard to exercise daily. However, by working out three days a week minimum, we can quickly make it a part of our lifestyle. Those 20-minute sessions eventually turn into 30 and then 40-minute workouts.

2. Step out of your comfort zone

Nothing great happens to people in their comfort zone. Wake up early and put in the work. Once those 20 push-ups a day become a thing, extended them to 30, and even 70 push-ups in the daily morning routine.

3. Make it a habit

The secret to being consistent is having a routine. Morning routines help us maintain our exercises. We all hate the sound of the alarm, but these routines give us a reason to wake up.

Morning routines can give us the drive we need to get the day started. Exercising in the morning rejuvenates one’s body and gives them the energy they need to get through the day. So the next time that morning alarm rings, get out of bed and start jogging or doing cardio exercises.

5. Be reasonable

Start with five or ten push-ups or squats. The main reason why many exercise routines fail is that people become overambitious. We need to ensure that we do not push our bodies past their limits. Do not compete with the regular gym-goer, as there is still a long way to go before getting there.

The secret is setting small achievable exercise goals. As we complete each milestone, we appreciate our progress and feel rejuvenated to keep going. This gives us the chance to expand our workout routines and make them more challenging.

6. The feeling is amazing!

A 20-minute exercise in the morning can fully transform your day. After we ease into our exercise routine, we start noticing positive changes in our jobs and home. We become more confident, and our self-esteem improves. This can have a significant improvement in our lives.

The satisfaction of accomplishing our exercise goals motivates us to keep putting in the effort.

Starting a new exercise routine can be challenging. However, having real objectives can help you maintain a fitness program in the long term.

The goal is to start slowly, build up your fitness level, and let your body rest from time to time to help prevent injuries.
