This book was born out of my own desire to create a prayer routine that was both powerful and doable. Life can be busy, noisy, unpredictable but, giving God the first 20 minutes of our day is one of the most transformative decisions we can make.

What’s Inside?

The book contains 10 intentional prayers that can be completed in just 20 minutes each morning. They’re designed to align your spirit, protect your day, and shift your atmosphere before you even leave your home.

Here’s the daily flow:

1. Praise and Thanksgiving.

Start by lifting your heart in gratitude. No matter what the day holds, we begin in worship.

2. Invite the Seven Spirits of God.

Draw from Isaiah 11:2 and welcome wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, the fear of the Lord, and the Spirit of the Lord into your life.

3. Put on the Full Armor of God.

Prepare spiritually with the protection outlined in Ephesians 6.

4. Cancel Bad Dreams and Evil Projections.

Break any spiritual residue from the night and reclaim your peace.

5. Prayer for Favor.

Ask for God’s hand to be upon your day in decisions, relationships, and opportunities.

6. Pray for Your Family.

Cover your loved ones in protection, unity, and blessing.

7. Pray for Your Friends.

Stand in the gap for those in your life, near or far.

8. Pray for Your Town and Country.

Lift up your community and nation, asking for righteousness and justice to reign.

9. Pray for the World.

Intercede globally — for peace, healing, and revival.

10. Pray for the Church.

Ask for strength, boldness, and purity in the body of Christ worldwide.
