Small habits beat big goals

Lila Grace always dreamed big. She wanted to run a marathon, learn to play the guitar, and start her own business. Every year, without fail, she would write these grand goals in bold letters at the top of her journal: "THIS is the year I changed my life."
But as the months passed, Lila Grace often found herself overwhelmed. Her running shoes gathered dust in the corner, the guitar sat untouched in the corner of her room, and her business ideas felt like distant dreams.
