Self-love will heal the world

I sit here with a deep gravity to my field. I sit here frozen still, confused on where I should be. What should I be doing right now? How can I help? How can I stop all the suffering, all the pain, all the screams from crying out. How can I save the innocent from those who are ignorant, save the animals who have suffered long enough from the choices we have made. Sitting here I have realized I can't. I can't actually move, for I have no way to get there. I can't speak, for I don't have a voice people listen to. I can't help, for I don't know if I have any power to do so. I CAN'T move and it feels like the pain will never stop existing, that as long as we keep looking the other way, pretending that we don't see this suffering, it will consume us all. Then we won't have a choice but move and speak up. Our leaders will be forced to acknowledge what is and accept that hell is happening on earth and they’re on the top, watching it burn.

I am so afraid of what's to come. Our souls are growing but not nearly at the rate they need to be. We have continued to distract ourselves and shed light on only what is true to us. Disregarding truths and pain because they are not experienced by our own being. How can we be so ignorant to believe that that means they don't matter. We are all one. We are ONE consciousness living in a universe that is growing and making mistakes. Horrible mistakes and I am sitting here still telling myself that there is nothing I can do but reach out my love to every being that is hurting. For if they are hurting so am I. For if they are hurting so are WE. These mistakes that the human race keep making have consequences and when we meet our doomsday I only hope the human race is humble enough to believe that we had this coming, that we did nothing as the world burned and mother nature spoke more clearly than she ever has. The world is on fire and I'm sitting here in my cool apartment frozen to the fact that to do something means to change and to rise. To be uncomfortable, creative, determined, loud, stubborn, courageous and most importantly stronger than I’ve ever been. We all have so much power to be better than who we were yesterday. To make choices every day to stand up for what we believe in. We can be so blind to the fact that we are in control of what world we want to live in. I know that being frozen is the first step down a long journey of self-discovery the world needs to face. However, I am done with being still. Done with being frozen. It’s time for the next step.

I know deep inside that we are capable of so much greatness. We are capable of change because that's our true nature, we make change when we see injustice. This has been present in our society on a consistent basis. Now looking the other way and belittling other beings passion about our home land is not progressive, however, is necessary for us to fight back. It reminds us of the ignorance that is rewarded in our western civilization and motivates us to stick up against the man. Why? Because, most of us know better. We are part of this beautiful planet. We breathe through her as she does us. It’s time to start honoring this fact and make choices as a whole world, not for the small part of land we happen to be standing on.

So how do we do this??

I truly believe the only way our planet is going to make it, is if we slow down, breathe and take responsibility for our own lives and selves. If we choose to open our souls and quiet our minds. Taking life as a joyful experience and not as seriously as most of us do. To start trusting the feelings we have and ignoring the false thoughts our minds tell us. We need to start loving ourselves from within so we can understand what love really feels like. How can we show love to anyone or anything if we have never felt it unconditionally. How can we love and be grateful for this beautiful planet when we have leaders and people who care more about money and power than happiness and joy.

The world will be healed when we start healing ourselves. It starts with us and the more inward we go, the more we understand that mother earth is at our core. She lives inside us and she is the cure to our suffering. We just need to trust her and treat her with the love and kindness she has been waiting for. We have so many tribes in this world that has honored this way of living. Choosing the bigger picture than their selfish desires. Let them teach us how we can honor our beautiful home and make it heaven on earth. Showing us how to connect with the living planet that has been carrying us through time and space. We are so lucky, God, we are lucky. If the planet had an ego like us, she would have thrown us off her so long ago. Understand this and wake up with gratitude.

To all the souls suffering all over the world, I reach out to you. I send you the courage and strength needed in these burning times. I send you understanding and compassion for yourselves and for your families. I send you the deepest form of love, reaching out to let you know I'm here and will continue to be here, trying to figure out where I fit in. Where I stand in the war against ourselves. I honestly get it now. I feel it like a presence. I am frozen because I am waiting. Waiting for my orders. Leaving my body to rest and get ready for the battle that's coming my way. My body might be frozen but my soul will never not fight for what is right and what she believes in. I am healing, choosing to love myself so I can love the world I am in. I am doing my part to make this planet a Nirvana. Do yours. Love yourself.
