Are you alive? If yes raise your hand

In today's society, we are all somewhat in the depth of our personality. From the depth of personality, we mean that we are not what our potentials are, but we are what our society demands us to be. The society today is morally and socially at the depth, and are more materialistic. The social change is inevitable and indispensable, which can be brought about only if we try to work on us.

Personality change refers to a noticeable shift in an individual's typical patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, often influenced by life experiences, significant events, or psychological factors. While personality is generally stable over time, certain circumstances like trauma, mental health conditions, or major lifestyle changes can lead to alterations in traits such as openness, agreeableness, or emotional stability. These changes can affect how a person interacts with others and perceives the world, sometimes improving adaptability and growth, but other times causing distress or challenges in personal relationships. Understanding personality change helps in recognizing human flexibility and the potential for personal development throughout life.

Changing your personality is the first step toward creating a positive impact on society. It begins with self-awareness—understanding your strengths, weaknesses, habits, and values. Reflecting on your behavior and seeking honest feedback can help you gain clarity on who you are and what areas need growth. Once you're aware, set clear goals for the traits you want to develop, such as confidence, empathy, or responsibility. These goals should be specific and achievable, giving you direction in your journey of self-improvement.

The change in personality can only be brought about when we stop living on the current morals of the society. First of all establish your morals, whatever it be, and stick to it no matter whatever the consequences be.

After establishing your morals, start showing respect to others. It means respect not only in physical matters, but his/her ideologies. If you have your standards then other must have too, and showing respect to it means showing respect to yourselves.

Emotional control plays a key role in personality development. Learning to manage emotions like anger and frustration helps you respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. Alongside this, developing empathy and compassion enables you to connect with others more deeply. By listening actively and understanding different perspectives, you foster kindness and build bridges in your relationships.

You can only grow when you stop expectations from others. People might expect from you, but you don't have to expect from them. This is make you self-confident and self-dependent, which is very basic features of a strong personality.

Improving communication is another essential step. Speaking with honesty, clarity, and respect, and listening actively, allows for stronger and more meaningful interactions. As you grow personally, aim to be a role model. Live the values you wish to see in others—integrity, humility, and respect. When you consistently demonstrate positive traits, you influence others silently but powerfully.

In the end, you have to be the person who actually works for the betterment of people. Sometimes, people just highlight and issue and explain it with a lot of spices. You need to be the one who highlights an issue and also works for the solution of it. Volunteering and engaging in social causes not only enhance your sense of purpose but also inspire others to act. Accept feedback along the way, be open to change, and remain committed to your personal evolution. Remember, societal change doesn’t begin in parliaments or protests—it begins with individuals. As you change yourself for the better, your actions ripple outward, creating a more thoughtful, kind, and responsible society.

These are some of the points which can make you a better person than you are today. If you are a better person tomorrow, it will open opportunities to you for a better life. Also you will not just live for yourself but for the society, and if you live for the society, the society will live for you.
