Remind Yourself These 3 Things EVERYDAY
The words you have to say to yourself that no one might think to say to you.

The world is becoming a more strange and erratic place. From bombings to plane crashes, from the Spanish Flu to the CoronaVirus. Everything has been shifting and moving, which is why most people have become less stable in their frame of minds.
Unfortunately, this change in the mind has dramatically changed how we are and how we treat people. From rampant racism to secretive and suspicious behavior, no one feels safe anymore because of the misinformation flying around. It's no wonder that the world seems to have changed without changing.
So, though it goes against the grain; think about yourself a bit more and do more for yourself. This will help change the broken state of mind that has washed over the world since the start of this most recent pandemic.
Every morning, remind YOURSELF and those you love:
1. YOU ARE NEEDED.
Don't ever think that you are not needed. Even for those who don't feel like they do a lot. Everyone plays a part in this larger picture called life. No one is just a number or statistic. Everyone has a name, face, and people who love them. Suicide, self-inflicted pain, and self-abuse is not an option for those who understand that they are needed. Not just accepting it or thinking it, but fully knowing and comprehending this is part of the battle the heart fights daily with the mind.
2. YOU ARE STRONG.
For anyone who feels weak or hopeless, remind yourself that you are stronger than you think. Underestimating yourself is the fastest way to convince yourself and others of your inadequacies. The fact of the matter is, those who survive in life are the strongest of all. Waking up, getting dressed, making healthy choices, working on a job, and just being a part of the daily grind proves strength in the mind, body, and spirit. Only the weak give in. And whose who are weak believe that they are not needed and unwanted. If you can pull yourself together every day, you are stronger than you think and you've proved it to yourself and others.
3. YOU ARE LOVED.
What is love? (Not just a song.) Realizing, accepting, and knowing that you are loved is of the most important, empowering, and encouraging states of mind one can have. It is the sunlight on a clear day; the warmth of the rays hitting your body and the illumination needed to grow the natural elements around us that makes life beautiful and sustainable. The emotion, idea, and truth about the happiness that comes with being loved connot be recreated though many have tried. And when someone understands that they are loved, they want to make those who love them happy. It's an everlasting and continuous circle of promise and peace of mind.
We are in a place right now where people are feeling the impact of quarantine and isolation. My introverted friends are feeling the need for people. And extroverts, like myself, are feeling a bit crazy because of how few people we are allowed to see and be around. However, if we change our mindsets to adapt to our current cultural situation, life would become much easier and better.
So, be brave for yourself, especially when there is no one around you. Be strong for yourself, because you are needed and loved by others. And always be encouraging and considerate of others, because you never know what demons they are battling in their own minds and lives.
