Reasons for our unhappiness and how to stop it??

The thing with many of us is, we don't have enough time to achieve our dreams but we do have a whole lot of time to please people and to worry about them. even though we know that they don't care us! and going insane day by day due to our dear bully @our own mind. and ignoring what our heart wants. and that leads to our unhappy and disappointed days.. feeling frustrated don't know what to break and chooses to break our own heart.

Deep down we all want someone to care for us every minute and to make us feel less lonely. sadly, we all got broken hearts..

But what if we give all the time, we are wasting on people to our dream's?? and what if we are someone that we are searching all this days to make us happy and less lonely??

Aren't we just living alone?? even though when we have people around us, likewise we can alone can make ourselves happy without expecting anything from others. This is a busy world and just no one cares if we are alive or dead. it's just us! we are born alone and will die alone and probably we gonna live alone and that's how life goes...

Knowing that you are beautiful and knowing that you are great is extremely important. you don't need anyone to tell you that, you should know it! and just feel it every single day. and I guess you are that type of person who always tries to make everyone happy, But when you need a smile no one is there for you. In my opinion you don't need someone, just take care of your heart..it will make your living easy.

The people around me said to burry my dreams cause they are not realistic and guess who ain't giving up it's you and me! Trust me no one can ever dare to touch our dreams unless we stop admiring them. Likewise today we may feel a little small Infront of our dream's, but just give it a try daily for just one hour because consistency can make you a whole new different person in a matter of time.

Every morning, just say this to yourself "I'm different from others and I'm no match to compare myself to them, I can move mountains if I want too".

Sometimes, I wonder how fast we fall in love and then starts to hate each other in a matter of time? Love has no meaning when their is no trust, it's not about what happened in the past or what may happen in the future. It's about how you are in the present.. That's makes a whole lot of sense.. Finding someone true is hard but we can always be "ONE". and it's their loss, loosing us at least we can have inner peace.

Everyone will stay with us when we have everything, but some people are like wind beneath our wings! never loose them. A good heart is no match for a beautiful face or precious diamonds or money.. cause they make us happy for only day's or weeks and no guarantee like our life's. But a good heart, dude... it's for life long or maybe forever. Choose quality over quantity among people in my life and trust them with your heart.

Just listen to your heart find all the things that's makes it happy slowly! you will find all answers, when you love yourself first. and when the things in your life didn't go on as planned, just say to yourself that" This is just temporary, time will change everything"
