One Way Ticket To Your Best Self
How to get rid of what doesn't serve you anymore & focus on bringing your life and energy up!

If you're reading this right now, you probably aren't feeling your very best. Sure you might be feeling okay & "good" generally speaking, but there is something inside of you that isn't making you feel fulfilled all the way up to the tippy top where you should be. Am I right? I get it, trust me. We are going to fix that!
Take a look at your surroundings, the home you live in and everything that fills it. The people in your life, what they bring to the table and how they make you feel. Do they lift you up and support you in everyway or are they just kind of... there? I want you to take a moment, close your eyes and think about everything that you're grateful for, tap into the way each of those things and people make you feel.
The simplest way to achieve your best self and start living the life you deserve to live is by aligning your emotions with your thoughts. I am sure you've heard of the phrase "what you think about most you become" or "thoughts become things", this is exactly what I am talking about. Imagine that you are living in the house of your dreams, you have multiple streams of income that brings you more money than you can even spend, you have the best people around you that support everything you do and life is just dandy! When you are in tune with these feelings and play these scenarios out in your head on repeat, it raises your vibration. Everything is just energy, and the Universe is on your side trying to give you everything you want if you let it.
Take 30 minutes a day and write down exactly what you want your life to be like and be very specific about it. The type of job you want, the spouse you'd like, the house you want to live in, the body you want, the lifestyle you want to have, the clothes, and so on and so forth... but write it all out as if it is already yours. Write things like "I am so happy and grateful now that...." and then repeat it outloud to yourself multiple times a day. If you do this, you will begin to live in what is called the "attitude of gratitude" and the Universe will begin to send you more of what you want now that you are aligned and open to recieving it. You will notice how your mood will begin change, and things in your life that are no longer serving you will be making their way out to give room for what is meant for you.
If you do this consistently, and are being honest to yourself about your desires and your feelings towards them, your life will begin to change and you will start to feel how amazing it is to finally be in tune with your best self. Opportunities and blessings are always in abundance for people who are open and willing to except them. A lot of people block their own blessings because at the time they can't see the immediate ROI for them. I am here to tell you that an investment in yourself is never going to be a bad one. So go meditate, read, do yoga, workout, get a pedicure, WHATEVER you have to do that gets you in that state of gratitude and raises your energy to jump start your way to your best self.
Remember that the Universe is on your side, waiting and willing to give you everything that you have ever wanted and once you learn how to align your thoughts and emotions you will feel the best you ever have and be able to have whatever you want.
