Of course, each of us often suffered from the so-called Sunday Monday syndrome. What is this term? Monday Syndrome is a constant fear of work. A situation when we are depressed or in a bad mood in the afternoon or evening of the last day of the weekend. This is the result of thinking that tomorrow will be Monday, and this is due to the fact that you need to go to work and everything will start again. What exactly causes Monday Syndrome? It all depends on the position in which we work: perhaps our boss calls us "on the carpet", a boss who asks and expects better results, perhaps a challenging client who cannot please. Everyone has their own little nightmares that can make our everyday life sad. Is there any remedy for the above problems? Fortunately, yes. In a simple sense, work motivation is all the mechanisms that make us perform the tasks at hand. It is she who makes a person in this position strive to be the best. Motivation has always been and will be important for any enterprise - it gives employees a working attitude, so the employer is responsible for ensuring good motivation of subordinates. Simply put, it relies on the individual approach of the manager to the employee, a deeper reflection of his needs and expectations and providing him with favorable working conditions. Motivation is an important function of personnel management.

Factor 1: High and stable earnings.
When it comes to motivation at work, the first thing that comes to mind is the size of the reward. There is nothing to hide - money is important, because it is thanks to it that we can lead a good life. This is not surprising, we work mainly for financial reasons. Therefore, any additional benefits in the form of bonuses are excellent motivators for work.
Factor 2: Stable employment.
Employment stability is extremely important to many people. Not worrying about whether the next contract will be renewed - this allows employees to feel confident and perform their tasks well. Work done with constant uncertainty is not as efficient as work in stable employment conditions.
Factor 3: Atmosphere in the workplace.
Many of us can't imagine working in a place they don't like, where people are boring or even rude to themselves, where the employer doesn't respect the workers, or worse, treats them as cheap labor. For a company to work well, there must be good and favorable conditions both between employees and between them and management. A good work environment is a priority for some when choosing a job.
Factor 4: Opportunity for development and advancement.
It is difficult to find a person who would not like to grow and become better and better in this area. If a company organizes closed trainings for employees and at the same time gives them the opportunity to develop and improve their skills, this can perfectly motivate employees to take action and further improvement. Investing in the development of employees for the benefit of both yourself and the company. The better the employee is trained, the more efficiently and quickly he performs his tasks.
Factor 5: Passion and Job Satisfaction.
Responsibilities that give us joy and satisfaction and are in line with our abilities have a strong motivation to work. The realization that we are participating in something that gives us pleasure, makes us happy and helps us get out of bed in the morning and go to work. If a man does not like his work, he will quickly feel professionally burnt out.
Factor 6: Gratitude.
The praise and recognition of management is a good motivator for people who want to constantly develop and do their job better. Of course, there is a risk that such a person will become a star, but one should not assume such a scenario in advance.
Factor 7: Ability to be creative.
Employees often have great potential for creativity, but, unfortunately, it is not always used by employers. The environment in which we work should stimulate our "creativity" and not hold it back.
Positive and negative motivation.
All of the above tips make us happy and satisfied people in our workplace, and the above factors are nothing but positive motivation. This, however, does not mean that this is the only way for managers to incentivize us as employees. For example, it turns out that some try to motivate employees by creating a sense of danger., this motivation is called negative. Then everything is based on anxiety and fear, and the decision-makers are trying to threaten and destroy what we have achieved in our professional careers.
However, there is a huge risk that everyone should be aware of. This form of management, used continuously and in the long term, can lead to serious consequences. It turns out that an employee subjected to such a process lowers self-esteem, becomes defensive just in case, and also loses all the enthusiasm and ambition that he had. As you can easily see, the motivation to focus on is positive.
