
Do you wake up not thinking in the right mind? Are the Mornings not your "best part of the day." Well, How you Organize your mind can be a part of that. Before you go to sleep, before the next day you can initiate your mind for positively. This can create a positive morning, staying consistent will be the biggest part of completing this.
The start of this will not be a success all of the time. Staying consistent to positivity will start to create an Optimistic state of mind. When you are thinking about your day, know that your outcome is based on your mental preparation. Letting doubt, unsureness, fear, debating you’re subconscious even procrastination can add to a negative outcome. It can lure the mind to become comfortable in its own state of mind an image where you want to be in life without actually working towards it.
Create time for yourself! This is not to say leave and never come back, if you have responsibilities. For instance, If you’re at work and dreading work, just want the day to be over with, overthinking or thinking this is what you are going to be doing for the rest of your life, but you want to do more. If there is any time you can spare while at the job, use it to your advantage and try some affirmations. You can use an affirmation if you want like “ Success comes effortlessly and easily to me because I excel in everything that I do.”
Give it time to sink in, repeat it if necessary. You’re not going to be great at this, this is only the beginning. You do not want to overexert your mind hoping to get it right and move on. This is an exercise that requires time and effort. You can control your thoughts and receive positive outcome. Give it a try and watch how positive things happen around you and for you.
Positive! Positive! Positive! Think about your where you are at in life, think about is that where you want to be in life. Do not play the “Blame Game.” Many of us look at where we are at then look at the people in our life, point the finger at somebody else, blaming them for why you’re in your situation. It’s fine people go through this, this is why we have to reset our way of thinking. Encourage yourself, Believe in yourself the people around will gain more confidence in you and themselves as well.
Use you’re time at night before bed to use some affirmations, you don’t have to use affirmations that you might look up online. You can create your on affirmation. One of my affirmations whenever I start to procrastinate or my brain starts overthinking stuff. I say to myself “Calm down don’t lose yourself, it will get better. Keep working on your goals.” This for me gives me enough fuel to get through the day.
For you it can be either before you start your next day, as you start your next day or during the day. This will bring all other positive things into your life. So lets make today the day, that you take time to yourself and ponder on you and your decisions. Don’t get into the habit of arguing with yourself or subconscious, make the decision and stand by it. You are whatever your mind creates and if you are reading this, then you are ready to recreate and thrive.
Affirmations, you can use these for mental repetition. Taking the time before you start your morning to say something like, "I'm Breathing! It's a Good Day." This can bring more positivity instead of "I really don't want to get up and go to work." Feeling is the best A positive mindset will give you the strength and courage to believe in yourself and follow your dreams. Positive attracts positive opportunities.
