Morning and success

Wake up early!

By The Breatharian BloggerPublished 4 years ago 3 min read

How do you get out of bed in the morning? Are you exhausted and sluggish? Is it difficult for you to be yourself and operate properly at times? In my experience, some individuals have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, and once they do get out of bed, they are sluggish in their daily activities. Because they are still tired, you are unable to converse with them, and they are unable to think well. It takes a long time for them to regain consciousness. On many occasions, even a cup of coffee is insufficient.

Some individuals, on the other hand, are bursting with energy from the time they wake up. They get out of bed as soon as they wake up, their mind and body both feeling refreshed, energized, and completely functional. Frequently, how you feel and what you do in the morning have an impact on the rest of your day. In order to make the most of each day, it is important to establish certain beneficial habits early on. What would you want to feel like when you wake up in the morning: sluggish and fatigued, or energetic, enthusiastic, and happy? I'm certain that you favor the second alternative. I'd like to recommend a few strategies for overcoming morning tiredness so that you may wake up feeling energized and with your mind and senses alert and fully working when the alarm goes off.

The body requires 6-8 hours of sleep every night. If you get enough sleep, it is more likely that you will wake up feeling energized and that you will not feel drowsy when you first wake up in the morning. In the event that you stay up late at night to watch a movie or an enjoyable show on television, you will go to sleep late and wake up late, and you will most likely be exhausted in the morning.

Recite the following affirmation or a similar one in your thoughts a few times before going to bed at night. It is OK if you fall asleep while repeating the exercise. "I plan to wake up the next morning at (specify the time) feeling refreshed, energized, and cheerful," I say.

Every morning as you wake up, get out of bed, sit on your bed, and say loudly or quietly the following affirmation a few times: "I feel totally refreshed and energized; my mind and senses are keen." Following that, repeat the following affirmation a few times: "Today is a cheerful, successful, and lovely day."

Immediately after getting out of bed, open your curtains or shutters to let in as much natural light as possible. Light wakes and energizes the brain and the body, as well as increases attention and concentration. It is sufficient to turn on the lights in the room on a foggy day or if you are awake before sunrise. Go to a different room and turn on the lights if other people are sleeping in the same room with you, such as your spouse or wife, a brother or a sister, etc.

Before you do anything else, go to the restroom and wash, shower, or shave as soon as you get there. Try to keep your attention on what you're doing rather than letting your thoughts wander elsewhere. In order to improve your alertness and concentration, you should do the following: Because you went without water for a few hours during sleep, your body may be a bit dehydrated when you wake up. A glass of water can make you feel better, as well as assist you in waking up and removing tiredness from your system.
