You meet many people in your life at different stages, some are good to you while some are not. Some people have the same mindset as you and some have not. Probably that's the reason you assume a lot of things to the person with your first meet or maybe after two or three. But did you ever notice what sort of mental health that person could be suffering though? And Like what type of mind he or she has, what makes her so vexed, dejected, impertinent, and insolent to others?

You know the contemplations which had been floating in your mind could be the best friends of yours, but at the same time, it could be the worst nightmares you ever imagine because if you get stuck in negative thought patterns, not only do they make you unhappy they can cause worse anxiety and depression which can affect your mental health in many ways.

Negative thinking destroys your mental health and mental health problems may arise due to stress, loneliness, depression, anxiety, various mood disorders, or other mental illnesses of varying degrees. Sometimes you just don't find the way how to stop and overcome your negative thoughts right? People say we don't have control over our thoughts. But the truth is; you have control of it, you have control over thoughts, the way of thinking, and your mind. Your Mental Health is important and should be a priority.

You know how to overcome your negative thoughts, just stop talking about your problems, your worries all the time. Break this Negative Habit from yourself. Instead, talk about your joys, your beautiful experiences with life, your loves, your dreams, and anything that makes you happy. And believe me, if you start talking and think about positive things, positive people, you start attracting positivity and that's how it works! Whatever you are thinking is what you are attracting.

The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing, positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful. But know this, to be positive doesn't mean ignoring the negative. Being positive means to overcome the negative. Ask yourself whether your thoughts are helpful or unhelpful. Choose a helpful thought to replace an unhelpful one. Keeping a journal of your thoughts is one of the best ways to think positively or choosing the right thoughts and try talking to yourself because it makes you aware of your self-talk. It helps you building in positivity. Talk to yourself and look at what you're saying to yourself. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones, stay away from negativity, spend time with positive people, positive things, positive environment, that makes you feel positive and ecstatic. It's like when happy and positive people think about what they want and how to get it, most of the time in this way a positive attitude can change your life because when you think and talk about what you want and how to get it you feel happier and in greater control of life. When you think about something that makes you happy, your brain actually releases endorphins, which gives you a generalized feeling of well-being. So Surround yourself with positive souls and positive vibes come naturally because the power of positive thinking is remarkable.

Your environment influences your experience. Make it a positive one.

"Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The Happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts"
