Meet Zay Hunnit

I’m Zay Hunnit and From Miami Fl Raised in Liberty City And Spent Half Of My Time Being Raised In North Miami. Growing up in those areas aren’t easy and if your not mentored right those places can and will lead you down a path you wouldn’t imagine you’d ever be going, but luckily I was raised by some decent people and was able to decipher whether or not I wanna do certain things I’ve made some bad decisions but for the most part they were good decisions that led me here.

I love what I do because it’s an art of expression no matter what goes on or who you can’t talk to you can talk listen or make music and feel as if you went to an therapist. There’s something about relating to someone else’s pain and trauma that makes you feel like “ok well if they went thru that and there successful through it all maybe I can do the same maybe my problems aren’t that deep after all” and that’s what I think about when life starts to kick

What makes me different is the fact I’m not trying to be anyone accept myself and I can’t compromise that no matter what. I’ve came along way from being what I used to be and going against my morals just means I hadn’t learned any less from my mistakes and I have no interest in that.

In 5 years I see myself making a lot of community changes and building relationships with those who want to make those same changes. there’s just not enough of that only time you see it is when there is foul play from police officers but then it stops there we need to have that same energy for ourselves because if we don’t care what we do to each other then why should they care about what they do to us.

Ultimately I want to accomplish saving enough money to invest in programs that’ll help the less fortunate and provide shelter to the ones that need it not just any shelter but a safe haven for kids and adults who don’ want an opportunity to free load but wants an opportunity to be given resources to excel them I want to install programs that have an actual positive affect on the needy.

I bring essence to the industry everything is genuine not only do I have the sound but the lyrics back it up every word every bar has a meaning I’m not into making music just to make it especially when I know I’m gonna have a influence on the youth and even on some adults that will play my music in the near future. I Feel as Long As I stay True to the Art nothing can stand in my way.Once everyone gets a feel of me being that I’m new to the game I believe i am going to top the charts My goal isn’t to be the greatest but it’s to be one of the greatest.

I want to be remembered as nothing less then a pure guy I may be too blunt at times but for the most part it’s necessary even when it’ll go against the whole room

Sometimes life requires you to be the bad guy and I’m fine with that as long as I can say I said what had to be said even when nobody else wanted to. Because sometimes that’s what it takes for an domino affect to happen once someone sees you have the courage to stand up when everyone sits.
