Meet Big Money Z AkA Big $ Z

I am Zachary Heath, also known as Big $ Z (pronounced Big Money Z) and I am from a little city called Wilson, North Carolina. Ever since I was a little boy, I’ve loved music and at the time, I didn’t know why. But when I recently performed at my own miniature concert for the high school I graduated from, Beddingfield High School, I realized why I love music. For me, it’s watching what music does to other people. Whether it’s my music or someone else’s. I love the energy from a crowd and I feel like that’s what makes you thrive during a performance. If I could have the energy from that day at every concert, I think that the performance would be a hit. And what sets me apart from most artists is that I have a lot of versatility in genres. Fans can hear it in my projects that I love to try different styles. Everyone tells me to stick to one genre, but I enjoy experimenting. I do not like to be confined to only one particular genre. For me, different genres give me different ways to express myself. And I don’t want to sound the same or be the same as any other artist because I am my own person and I am unique. I also stay true to myself and my values, which is something that I notice is a rarity in the industry. You’ll never see me be anyone but myself. If I can ever give back and help others, that’s what I’m going to do. I know what it’s like not having the money to live and pursue my dreams at the same time. And in the next 5 years, I can see that and many other things happening such as becoming a Grammy-nominated artist or winner. I can also see myself hosting my own world tour. Watching the crowd get into the music I perform would be magical. Seeing all the fans attend a concert that is for me. And hopefully, I can make a positive impact on the world with my music and inspire everyone to pursue their dreams. I believe that nothing is impossible with effort and belief in yourself. One of the many goals I have set for myself is winning a Grammy. I would love to win other awards, but a Grammy is at the top of my list. When I do win my first Grammy, I am going to put it in the trophy case inside of Beddingfield High School. I did make a promise to the current principal, Jonathan Tribula that I would do so. And hopefully, start a family by the time I am stable enough to take care of the mother and child or children. My final goal I would like to achieve is having a sold out show with fans screaming my songs. There’s nothing like getting the crowd involved in the performance. I feel like it’s an important aspect to a great show. You want to grab their attention, get them involved, and most importantly, make sure they have a good time. That’s how you will keep a crowd interested and make them want to stay. I would like for me to be remembered for having that energy and getting the crowd involved in my performance. But mainly, I would want to be remembered for being a great person who mostly everyone likes and respects. I want to be the guy who lights up the room every time I walk into it and at the same time makes a positive impact.
