Insecure.

Emotionally neglected.

Unworthy.

Different.

Unhappy. But is this really me?

Is this really you?

Are we really the nagging voices inside our heads?

"Please, do you really think you are a writer? Who told you were even able to write something worth reading?"

"Well if you have the guts to publish this, which I doubt you have, at least try to write something simple and clear which does not bore to death your potential readers."

"Okay maybe you can share this with a close friend. Maybe. I don't know."

Oh the self-doubt...Sound familiar?

If this is you, I am here to tell you, do not let your insecurities stop you!

As cliché it may sound.

Keep reading and I will try my best to explain to you why you should not listen to these types of voices inside your head, and why you should persist in telling a different story and keep pushing!

Become aware of your thoughts and how you view yourself. Self-concept is the key to manifest successfully anything you want in your life and actually maintain it.

For some years now I have been studying and aplying the concepts regarding manifestation to create my own life, manifest and have exactly what I want.

Altough I am not a manifesting coach, here are some of the techniques that I have been using:

1. Clarity of desire (what do you want to manifest? BE SPECIFIC)

2. Believe it is possible (the only thing you need is to believe it is possible! You do not need to believe that it will happen/manifest.)

3. Focus on what you want (Visualize it, feel it, smell it, write it. Copy the emotion of having it right now. Copy the emotion that it is done.)

4. Release resistance (Resistance is here for you to clear it and release it. Resistance will show up along your journey. It is normal, inevitable and it is okay! Do not fight it. Accept it. It will eventually go away. And most important do not give up!)

5. Let it go (Detach from the outcome, trust that your desire will come to you. Allow it to come to you.).

As you may have already came across throughout your manifesting journey, there are several concepts and practices regarding manifestation: the law of attraction, law of assumption, detachment, everyone is you pushed out, parallel realities, etc.

Although the concepts above are important to understand the mechanisms of deliberate manifestation, one of the most important concepts is actually self-concept.

How you perceive yourself is what actually going to show up in your life.

You attract who you are.

You attract who you believe you are.

You attract what you believe how others will treat you, think about you, etc.

And the most beautiful part of this piece of information is that it will work 100 per cent of the time. You don't even need to believe in deliberate manifestation. How cool is that?

The way you perceive yourself and the way you think others perceive you is the key for manifestation.

This is very cool and all, but HOW do you actually CHANGE your SELF -CONCEPT?

1. Identify your limiting beliefs (an easy way to identify them is to talk to yourself like you were having a conversation with a close friend. Try distancing yourself about the topic and see how it goes.)

2. Tell a different story about you (Stop the "I'm never going to find love", "Everyone treats me badly", "I was never lucky in this topic", "There are no opportunities for me." CHANGE IT.)

3. Affirmations (dare to affirm how you want to view yourself even if you don't quite believe it just yet. Repetition is key for the human brain to accept it as a fact. "Im worthy, beautiful and that incredible." You already know that you are. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.)

4. Walk the talk (If your goal is for instance having a healthy lifestyle do and be the person who actually is healthy, eat healthy food, go for a run, exercise. Start small and easy. Eating junk food, watching Netflix and youtube videos about manifesting is not actually manifesting...)

5. Be patient (It may take some time to sink in. Be persistant. Rome wasn't built in a day. It is a journey, don't be hard on yourself. There are ups and downs, there is frustration, fun and joy, but you will eventually get there. Just enjoy it and have fun.)

As your self-concept changes you will become more in alignment with your desire. You will enjoy other aspects of your life. You will not even need your manifestation to happen and then, when you least expect it, your manifestation will show up.

In the end, you will question... Was it I who actually did this?

YES.
