Manifestation is used by many as a tool to help figure out what your passion is. Unfortunately, life has a veil of hesitation over every individual, but taking your time and staying consistent will reveal something amazing! Are you someone who has been struggling to find clarity in your life? Well there are many techniques that you can do to help you discover your souls purpose and life's passion, all with manifestation!

Lets go through them!

Adjust your goals and Change your Focus

Part of the reason so many people struggle with finding their purpose is because they are actually focusing on the problem rather than the solution. If you are someone who spends countless hours; reading books on fulfillment and researching things like: "How do I find my passion?"

Unconsciously, what you are actually doing is focusing on what you don't have and using that as your motivator! Manifestation only works when you focus all of your energy on the solution and where you want to be. Not focusing on your problems at hand and where you're at in your life right now. Imagine yourself having already found your purpose and in doing so, that reality you want will start to find you. The simplest and most effective way to start your manifestation journey is by creating an effective vision board. By writing down how you want to feel and where you want to be it'll help you focus on what's important to discover your life's purpose.

I personally enjoy journaling!

Writing in the...

"I will be..."

"I will have..."

"It will happen..."

Format, goes a very long way!

Also by adding image, it will awaken those visions and depict whatever passion you feel drawn to! So, what direction do you want your life to go?

Here are some questions that you should ask yourself....

What are you good at? What do you love to do and what comes easy to you?

What are you passionate about? What excites you?

What are some of your values? If you're not quite sure what they are, start setting them and get to know them!

If you knew you were going to die a year from today, what would you want to do and how would you want to be remembered?

How would you spend your days, if money were no object?

What does success mean to you?

As a kid, what did you dream of being when you grew up? Let your inner child out!

Setting goals for your self is extremely important. Just like manifestation, goal setting gives you a sense of direction, motivation, and it gives you greater control of your future. For example, you could create a 5-year plan based on what you want your life to look like. Over time having this long term plan will help you move your dreams into reality. In doing so, it helps us visualize the bigger picture which definitely brings perspective on what is truly important in life. Set your goals and it will put you in the driver seat of your life!

Maintaining Your New Reality!

Maintaining your new reality is finally coming to terms that "Where you are" in life is very different than "Where you want to be" in life.

Starting with affirmations. "Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge yourself and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat affirmations often as well as believing in them, you can start to make positive changes."

Self- Affirmations also help to mitigate the effects of stress.

Come up with a "Power Statement" that is based on something you already believe to be true, versus a statement that strictly focuses on the end result of what you want to achieve.

Here are some examples:

"I am becoming closer to my true self everyday."

"I am powerful, I am capable, I am beautiful, I am confident, I am strong."

"I am more than my negative thoughts."

"I want to make a difference in other peoples lives."

"I am capable of overcoming any money-obstacles that may stand in my way."

"I am confident in my ability to succeed."

"I use obstacles to motivate me so I can learn and grow."

"I accept my emotions and let them serve their purpose."

"I put my energy into things that matter to me."

Some of my personal favorites are:

"Note to self: I am going to make you so proud."

"I naturally attract good fortune."

"I am my best source of motivation."

"I am worthy of the wealth I desire."

And by consistently affirming daily, it will help make your wanted reality. While at the same time keeping an open mind to exactly how that reality could come and what it will look like! If you enjoyed what you have read so far, Please continue by clicking the link!
