I think time will tell what we make of our lives. Of how we see ourselves in chapters. We'll have many regrets and that's okay. However, what's not, is purposefully creating them when you don't have to. Fear is the biggest controller of life. It's engraved in our education, socialism, households, circles, employments, healthcare, everywhere. How many times have you heard what if and they end up playing off of fear to some degree? Too many right! How foolish we are to allow that to interrupt our freedom of self, of spirit, of mind and body.

Don't spend your life living in a box, when you can live on a cloud. Create for yourself freedom like no other; understanding that you do have a choice. You can create something for yourself. You can also be just one less thought away from realizing your potential.

Find the balance between rational and irrational; where you can see fear doesn't always exist to protect you but to control you and as such, it's irrational to listen to that, while you have the opportunity to be free and live life to the fullest which would be the rational choice. It's all about perspective, but my advice that I wish I could tell you I'm a pro at doing and I'm not, is if you feel like you're taking the easy way out and you're missing out on living your best life and doing your thing, it's time to evaluate if you're thinking too much and acting way less.

You deserve your very best and that includes not living in a world entrapped by fear but only you can create that. See I think the genius in fear, is knowing what its designated purpose is when it appears. Is it here to help or hurt? Figure that out and then you can act independently but purposefully. Forging a method of diagnosis will not be easy but it can be simplified.

1. You've first got to look back at the things you've feared the most. Write down what they are and then ask yourself what prior experiences have compounded that fear.

2. Was your fear compounded, meaning numerous experiences were needed to create it or was it influenced? If so, healing that trauma will be vital to the success of ridding that fear. That alone describes a way in which fear can help you. It can point out the bigger picture one must look at to get closer to their highest self. I'm sure when you think of this there's a part of you that feels relieved because now you can recognize that fear serves to help too.

Now if you think back on fear and see it wasn't compounded through experience but just appeared out of nowhere (influenced) then acknowledge when that first took place and the why factor. For example, sometimes the when - maybe an 8-year-old child, sometimes the why is a movie- say for example an apple put Snow White to sleep, and now eating an apple scares you, you think you may choke or die, or get sick. You can say quite confidently that perhaps if you never watched Snow White you would not fear apples. That alone can shatter this constructed fear quite easily, because if it was created by mere chance, then that my friend means it was never meant to be more than a speck of dust in your life.

Now if your fear has been constructed abruptly within a set of circumstances and never appeared before, that may be a caution sign or warning to act differently. For instance, if you've always been a flyer and never had a phobia or even disliked the slight turbulence planes often encounter but your plane ticket is now bought and you're 30 minutes from the airport and suddenly you have an overwhelming stratum of anxiety or fear bubbling inside you, then that my friend is a sign to take proper notice of. That may be a sign to turn around and refund that plane ticket. It may just be the spirit world reaching out in an attempt to protect you.

I know that chances are you may have looked at fear as a one-dimensional token you'd rather have never received but we live in an imperfect world and attempting to see things as broken, especially ourselves won't do well for us in the long run. We are not broken beings.

3. Act diligently and creatively, think generously and honestly because doing so alleviates the conditions of hate we often build within our bodies because of our never-ending failures to overcome self-created and worldly obstacles. I implore you to focus on the ones you have created and overcome their threshold in your life. Then one establishes a sense of freedom no other could provide.

4. Live life alone and with others. Establish boundaries. Do things that make you happy and dispel waves of sadness. Do things that shake your mainframe in a good way and bring out the light in you. Leave the things that create pits within your aura alone.

Doing this will help you come closer to realizing how much control and influence you have within your own life, even when it comes on to fear. Whatever you end up doing, please just make sure it brings you peace, love, laughter, and memories that you'll never wanna forget.

Light and live.
