Uh ...... or don't read it!

I found a particularly interesting pattern, I wonder if you will also do the same, in your anxiety, it is particularly like setting goals, writing plans, determined to be sure to change completely. You will pick up their written plans, smile a lot, seem to feel success is in front of you, and satisfaction and anxiety disappeared, but by the time you get up the next day, yesterday's fighting spirit has dissipated, and you will feel that in fact, such a life can still live, so you continue to lie in bed, playing with the phone became a big dreamer, wait until the day again by the blow, you will again write down one plan after another.

Do you want to change at that time? The answer is yes! But have you changed? The answer is no! So how can you change? I can give some small suggestions here.

My strategy is simple, we need to reconcile with ourselves, and a deep analysis of why we give up. Why continue to be lazy? When it comes to procrastination and laziness, people will most likely justify themselves or give up on themselves completely and have no more ideas about their future, but in fact, they are still resigned deep inside, but they can't do anything to change. There is no need to do so, the more they hit themselves, they give themselves some psychological implication, they feel that they are so, there is no way to change, then your willpower will be worse and worse, and negative emotions will continue to consume you. So your first step to change is to reconcile with yourself, for example: when you get off work and you have an hour, then you can choose one of two things, option A to write, option B to play with your phone. The difference between these two is that the feedback cycle of the rewards obtained is different. Playing with the phone is a short-term immediate reward, that is, you open the phone will reap the pleasure, his feedback is very timely, no need to wait, but the durability of playing with the phone will become poor, it brings happiness can only last a short time, to prolong this pleasure, you can only keep playing with the phone, do not play will feel very bored. Writing is a long-term future reward, its feedback cycle is longer, is under the accumulation of months and days, in some future moment, the reward will reach you, but the durability of this case will be very strong, often get better results, if your writing only persists for a day or two, simply do not see what results, and even feel the more you write the more annoying, the more efforts to get no results feeling, but If you are persistent, write every day, persist in writing, then you will find that you will get better and better, and you can get some of the effects you want, such as the improvement of personal influence, the increase in fans, the benefits of writing, etc.
