A to-do list doesn’t have to be an extensive list of every task on your plate each day; it can be as simple as a list of your top three tasks for the day, or even for the week. Having a to-do list that you regularly refer to will help you stay organized, prioritize your tasks effectively, and avoid feeling overwhelmed by all that needs to get done. Remember to check off tasks as you complete them, and look back at your to-do list each day to see what you accomplished and what’s on the agenda for tomorrow.
