Create a Helpful Network: Surround yourself with positive and encouraging individuals. Good connections support and validate your value as a person and act as a safeguard against life's stressors.

Reduce Adverse Influences: Boys should be careful of the media materials they consume and the company they keep. They should minimise the negative news they encounter and seek positive news to spur them on to attain their goals and support their values.

Stay True to Your Values

Align Beliefs with Actions: Always act independently of how you speak and what you say. Living according to one's values is crucial to gain worth.

Remain Firm with Your Beliefs: Giving away one's power is adequate, especially in a fearful and unpredictable situation. Stand for what you believe, and never think it is wrong to be different and differentiate yourself.
