How I Transmuted my Darkness into Light!

You are probably wondering how I became an Intuitive Health Coach & Energy Healer and began practicing Reiki, Hypnosis & Past Life Regressions. Let me explain…

I did not become what I am now. I simply remembered my soul mission and what I was meant to do during this incarnation.

It was not easy since my soul chose to experience a lot of karmic, painful experiences to get where I am now. That is why I consider myself a light warrior because first I had to dive deep into darkness so I could fully transmute it into the light. If you are reading this, it is because you have begun to awaken to your light as well. You know that the world we live in isn’t always easy to navigate, which is why it takes a lot of strength to expand our consciousness and be radically honest with ourselves to accept where we are currently in our lives. The awakening into my light happened in 2017, my boyfriend of 5 years had just broken up with me. I had never felt more lost and abandoned, it was then that the universe guided me to face myself, all my toxic patterns of codependency, and addictions to the party life, alcohol, sex, and drugs. I was aggressive and angry at the world. I had very deep wounds, and no standards, I just wanted someone to love me, and validate my pain. I was a victim of my suffering and looked outside of myself to fill the void I had within.

In 2018, I decided to let go of the past and begin a new life, and shifted towards becoming the best version of myself. The truth is that I was tired of being tired, I stopped resonating with everything in my life. I got on my feet from my broken heart and began making radical changes in my life. I walked into a bank and got a loan to enroll in the Health Coach Institute to learn everything about health and habit change. I stopped partying and drinking and fully transformed my health. I successfully graduated after implementing their teachings in my life with a certification as a Health Coach. I continued my journey, but as you know healing isn’t linear so after a few more heartbreaks and relationship disappointments I finally decided to remain single and heal myself.

Around that time I began to see number patterns that had messages for me to decipher. Everything began to talk to me through numbers, animals, nature, subtle signs, and synchronicities. I began to feel more and more connected to something greater than myself. As I became open and receptive, I released any fears of a new perspective of life and an alternate reality of existence. I began experiencing the paranormal and further developed a third eye awakening which unlocked my 6th sense fully. Through these experiences, I began to feel the presence of beings of light like Angels, Mary Magdalene & Jesus among others who I recognized as my spirit guides. Along the journey, I developed discernment, as I soon realized that not everything in the spirit realm is of light and the more we anchor light, the beings of darkness will try to interfere with this process. But not to worry because when you develop discernment, increase your vibration, and fully protect your energy, these beings can no longer interfere with your spiritual ascension to inner oneness.

I later met my Angelic Reiki teacher who guided me through a series of healing sessions and helped me set a new foundation for myself, the healed version of myself. I began to love and honor myself and place boundaries with those who once hurt me. I developed self-compassion and forgiveness which allowed me to forgive those who caused me pain in the past. She later attuned me as a Reiki practitioner of Usui and Angelic Reiki. As I continued to expand my knowledge in energy healing, I anchored more light within me. I began to uncover my akashic records and began connecting to the multidimensionality of my soul’s existence and began recalling past lives, which led me to obtain my certification in Hypnosis and Past Life Regressions. I became fascinated with working with the subconscious mind and fell in love with the idea of changing old negative programming into new healthy thoughts and beliefs, and gaining a new sense of identity.

In 2019 I met a new Reiki Teacher who attuned me as a Reiki Master Teacher. Soon after I decided to invest in myself once again, to create the reality I wanted to manifest. I enrolled in her business coaching program, Intensify Your Wealth & Your Soul Purpose Certification Program. In that process Awakened Love Dove Academy was born. After that, I paused my pursuits to heal further. I found myself releasing patterns of lack of self-belief and releasing ancestral trauma concerning finances and stability. Remember I said healing isn’t linear? I was not kidding haha. In 2020, through some more ups and downs, I relocated from the Bay Area to Los Angeles County and met my soulmate right after the pandemic lockdown. I am now in a healthy loving relationship, happily expecting a baby boy this coming April 2023. Today my studies in Psychology and Quantum Healing continue, and I continue to discover more as I expand my mind. The journey to spiritual ascension and oneness is an ongoing beautiful unfolding that opens up and leads us to different experiences all the time.

I now own my story and share it to inspire others. I am now fully pursuing my passions and unlocking the doors to abundance by exiting matrix programming and becoming of assistance to those who are experiencing similar things as I have. Trust me I have been through it!!! I HAVE BEEN THROUGH IT IN LOVE, IN HEALTH, AND FINANCES. I am no longer lost and disconnected from myself and my soul calling, there is a reason why I had to experience all that darkness. We are often plunged into darkness so we can learn to heal and in this process heal our parents and transmute our family bloodline. So whatever you are going through that leads you to read this, I UNDERSTAND YOU!

I am so passionate about helping others and hear me when I say it's not only about money, it's about how I want to express my soul most authentically and help others create the reality of their dreams, heal, and reinvent themselves. Helping people accomplish whatever they desire is my fulfilling reward. I do it confidently and passionately because I know there is nothing that can stop us from accomplishing the healing journey to oneness.

Now as you have noticed we often can’t do this alone and having someone help us will get us there more efficiently. This is the reason I AM HERE! I am here to serve.

My most recent accomplishment is releasing my Intuitive Health Alchemy - 90 days of Transformation program.

This program is a 3-month journey I take along with my clients with the mission to help them accomplish their health and wellness goals. But this is not your typical health program, this is INTUITIVE HEALTH. In this program, I help my clients to unlock their bodies' intuition to allow them to gain the trust to own their bodies as sacred oracles with divine intelligence that is always communicating with them. I guide clients to become more curious and explore their bodies' needs in fun and different ways vs. looking outside of themselves for more and more information about what they “should” be doing with their body. The 12 weekly sessions of Intuitive Health Alchemy help my clients get more in tune with their thoughts, feelings, and emotions that guide their everyday choices. This program will empower them to be the leading authority on their health and body and to increasingly feel confident that they know exactly what their body is needing and how to provide it.

So let's tie up all of this I just shared with you! As I said earlier, a lot of times we are planted in darkness so we bloom like a lotus into the light. This is where the true ALCHEMY happens. It happens when you transmute all your darkness by accepting all your most painful experiences and learn to love the version of yourself that survived them, forgive yourself, release them and turn them into something different. Something lighter, something other than what you started with. This is how we transmute hate into love, separation into unity, and sadness into happiness, this is the true TRANSFORMATION of the self. This is how we return to ourselves and oneness. If I did it, so can you too light warrior!
