• Obesity

• Mental pressure

• Nerve disorders

• Type 1 and type 2 diabetes and more.

Not only the diet and physical activities work for you to lose weight, but it also depends on your lifestyle, self-motivation, and environment. You must put dedication into setting your goals and long-term commitment. You never give up.

If you are fit, you can do your all work with the power of energy. You can feel positive vibes in you. You can also enthuse others. You feel light and healthy and have a happy healthy lifestyle.

At the first, don’t remember the negativity of your past life, just try to overcome it, Because, it can spoil you’re your goal and put you under mental pressure, and create stress. Think your past is like a closed part of the read book, just move on.

To overcome it, let’s start with yoga and meditation. Go to calm and green places where the fresh air comes, sit and relax your mind and do aerobic exercises, it keeps your mind very fresh.

After that, heard some beautiful mild music at medium volume, and you will feel less good and happy.

Enjoy your surrounding and keep walking or mild jogging. This is the first step you to follow, check your mental involvement and physical involvement in it.

My answer is calm and your lovable places and focus on your healthy diet. If you feel unhealthy, it is a good time to start to lose your overweight. If you think you are in normal weight and try to be fit and healthy.

If you feel your home has enough place to do your physical activities then go for your choice. Your involvement and convenience are most important. But, the better to do physical exercises in green places is good, it important for your mood to be chill and happy.

Apart from your home and your surroundings, go for yoga classes, meditation classes, laughing therapy, and also fitness centres. But some backward people do not afford to go to the gym. They can use their own places to do their exercises.

Which weight is normal?

That's kind of confusing for everyone. In my weight loss journey, am first doubted with normal weight for a person and now I know the answer.

There is a weight chart for everyone. Men, women, children, pregnant ladies, etc.… But how you can find your weight, it is normal?

There is a different way to have, working out of a person’s ideal weight. Firstly, you must calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index) which means, you should measure your height in cm and weigh your weight in kgs, both combine to give you a single number and that’s your BMI.

Today, there are so many free tools and applications are there to measure and calculate your BMI. Go for some good clinics, centres, or labs and measure your height and weight correctly, you get centimetres and kilograms.

Example: 5/64 in =80kg/80kg Something like that uses the BMI tool to calculate your BMI.

MedicalNewsToday states that the BMI in the following categories,

• A BMI of less than 18.5 means a person is underweight.

• A BMI range from 18.5 and 24.9 is ideal

• A BMI range from 25 and 29.9 is overweight

• A BMI over 30 indicates obesity

Age is not a factor for adults. So, check your BMI range and know about your health. The National Institute of Health (NIH) determines a person’s normal weight and overweight chart to relate to their BMI.

So, now you get clear about the ideal weight for both men and women, but, nowadays, beginners didn’t get much aware of normal weight, underweight and overweight.

You can now suggest your friends to know their ideal height and weight to live and fit life.

What to eat food for weight loss?

If you eat healthily, you can live healthily, your body becomes good shape and size. To lose weight, you must focus on your diet, and plan your diet chart.

Today, so many diet plans are to follow, keto diet, paleo diet, vegan diet, intermittent fasting, veganism, Mediterranean diet, etc. We can discuss each and every one elaborately later. Now, let’s know, some generally healthy foods to take and start your weight loss journey.

Just enjoy and start with it in a simple manner, the healthy foods are,

• Whole eggs

• Green leaves

• Salmon fish

• Fresh vegetables

• Breast chicken

• Potatoes and root vegetables

• Beans and legumes

• Mutton and vegetable soups

• Cheese

• Avocados

• Nuts

It is quite simple if you put 100 percent commitment in the long term it gives you good progress. As I already said, your self-motivation is very important, be motivated always to start anything. Don’t overthink, as it gives overloads your mind and heart.

Keep your stress relief, free from anxiety, control your pressure, and the relaxation time. If you are free of all of this, you can feel fresh and happy naturally. Then keep your neighbours and surroundings happy. Keep your environment clean and fresh.

If you strictly do physical activities without keeping, your immunity (Defence Mechanism system) will get boosted. You can help more fresh oxygen and release more carbon dioxide out. It also burns many calories in your body.

Men have more lean burning muscles. Apart from that, men lose weight faster than women. Research suggests that men also garner more weight, too.

Take a breath and sleep well for at least 8 hours a day. Wake up early morning and do the routines and vice versa.
