The key to getting mentally, financially and physically organized? Don’t beat yourself up for doing it in the past, but going forward understand that comparing yourself to others and what you perceive to be their life will only confuse you. Use the quiet time that we didn’t ask for but irreversibly got anyway right now to re-calibrate, reset, re-evaluate, and recharge. Shut down Instagram, get a planner, drink some water and find out what you think future-you would like to do and make some baby steps towards that goal. Before you know it, those micro-decisions could make bigger and better decisions and lead you down a path that even if you hit some snags, it will make you a better, more experienced and fulfilled you.
Good Luck!
