Find the Courage to Be You: 4 Ways To Live Authentically
Live your beliefs and you can turn the world upside down. "- Henry David Thoreau
Hologram is a buzz word these days. We have heard a number of tips on how you should live it, breathe it, and more. Maybe it's because we really are drowning in inauthenticity.
Ads are bombarding us with promises of** * * * * better, faster, stronger, and lighter. The dream of life are the simple, convenient, and of the problems to be solved by themselves, it's just a fantasy, an escape from the truth of life
Everything changes in an instant.
Now, at this moment, this life is all we have.
Yet, more and more people the courage to accept the truth. As a result, they live at the same time, what is in their heart and said to them, rather than to the dominant paradigm dictating that is "safe," "normal," and "valid"."
The people who begin to live the life of their dreams, with more passion and motivation than ever before. Don't pay attention, money, or other things, but, rather, to live with integrity at all times. And despite the fact that this is not always the easiest way, and they are very happy about it.
It's a good thing that we are all in to his seductions. I know what I want to do.
Deep down we know that something is missing in our lives today. However, we also know that life can be rich, deeply satisfying, and full of meaning.
I just got back from a one-year sabbatical in India.
Finally, I took in the World overnight bus to Delhi, on the way home.
I was faced with a dwindling savings account and an uncertain future. But, as I stared out the window at the falling of the Himalayas, and I knew that there was something I was not sorry for it.
I am doing something for the mind and feel more fulfilled, and satisfied as it is, there is no life.
It was five years ago, if you had told me that I was in a foreign country to live, study, and learn a foreign language, I'd have laughed in your face. I was so wrapped up in my doubt and fear that I couldn't even imagine it.
I'm alive because of my desires, and spent a year in India, because of which I have been working in a***** * in order to make it happen. I have set clear goals for myself, and met up with all the calls on the way to the destination, with an open mind and a determination to overcome them.
However, the most important of all, I was listening to my own heart.
My heart tells me that I need to do this. And, what's more, if I were to do it, he would regret it for the rest of his life.
However, listening to the heart, and it requires experience and effort. It's not as easy as it sounds. However, this is not possible.
So, what steps can you take to begin to listen to your heart and live a full life?
Here are four of them are working for me.
1. Slow down.
Slowing down is a meme that seems (ironically, the very fast), in order to function in today's culture.
We will probably have to be related simply to be let to work on our own, every hour of our lives.
However, if you look at the window while you're driving in the rush hour, and we can see that this is exactly what most of us will continue to do so.
It's not like we have to work hard or to be productive. God knows that, as a writer, I spend a lot of time in a chair.
