Find light in the darkness!

When the world feels heavy

By NgoanbiboPublished 2 years ago 3 min read

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed. Life can be extremely challenging at times and you may feel sad. Remember that you're not alone and there are people who care about you—even if it doesn't always feel like it.

Sometimes, life is like a storm at sea, washing us away mercilessly. The weight of our worries, disappointments, and heartbreaks can become overwhelming. But even in the darkest moments, there is a glimmer of hope—a tiny glimmer of light that refuses to go out.

It's okay to cry. Let your tears flow freely, because they take away some of the pain. Your feelings are valid and they don't define weaknesses - they reveal who you are. When sadness wraps around you like a heavy cloak, remember that it is only a temporary visitor. It won't last forever. We must know how to accept our current feelings.

Step outside, even if just for a few minutes. Breathe fresh air, feel the sunlight on your skin and listen to the rustle of leaves. Nature has a way of soothing our souls. Maybe it's because the tree has gone through so many storms and still stands tall, its roots deep into the ground.

Brew a cup of tea or coffee. Hold it in your hand, feel the warmth transmitted to your skin. Imagine that each sip brings with it comfort and kindness. Slowly swallow the sip of coffee to let all the senses in your mouth feel the bitter taste of coffee and then suddenly realize that there are other flavors behind. That bitterness also has a slightly sweet taste. Sometimes, solace can be found in the simplest of rituals - the gentle swirl of steam rising from your cup, the familiar flavors lingering on your tongue.

Music can make us feel relaxed and at ease when listening to our favorite songs. Create a playlist of songs that match your emotions. Music has a strange ability to touch our hearts. Whether it's a melancholy melody or an uplifting melody, let it wrap around you like a soft blanket. Close your eyes and let the lyrics speak to your soul.

Grab a pen and paper. Write down everything you're feeling—the raw, unfiltered truth. Pour your heart onto the page. There is something that soothes our pain. You don't have to be a poet; Just let the ink flow. Maybe in the process, you will discover a hidden strength.

Reach out to someone you trust—a friend, family member, or even a stranger online. Share your feelings. Sometimes, the act of sharing lightens the burden. And remember, vulnerability isn't weakness—it's courage. You are not alone in this vast universe; others have weathered similar storms.

Look for the sparkles of light—the little sparks of joy that flicker even in the darkest nights. Maybe it's the way your pet curls up next to you, the taste of your favorite chocolate, or the way sunlight filters through the leaves. These moments are important—they are the stitches that mend the fabric of your heart.

As you lie in bed, looking up at the ceiling, know that tomorrow will come with a new dawn. The sun will rise, dyeing the sky pink and yellow. And like the sun, you too will rise. You will find strength you never knew you had. You will take one step forward, then another. Usually after the rain the sky will be brighter.

Dear friends, sadness is just a chapter, not the whole story. I know you're resilient, even when you doubt it. So wrap yourself in kindness, breathe, and hold on tight. The storm will pass and you will emerge stronger, wiser and ready to face the world again.

Sending you warmth, understanding, and a virtual hug. Dear! Wishing you a happy!
