Flying is the most beautiful thing a human can do. It is a dream come true for all of us. Are you light enough to fly? I will let you know how I did this.

The beginning of my journey.

The journey started during lock down in the year 2020. Before then i just lived a mediocre life without any purpose goal or motivation in life. I did things that any individual would do like studying, doing a job, getting married, getting kids and pets. Nothing extraordinary !

The Awakening !

During the lock down i saw how the world had come to a stand still and no one could do anything as per their own desires. Getting basic necessities of life became very difficult. Earning money became difficult for many people.Health was the primary concern. Surving was a luxury for us.

I then realized its time for a change and to take action.I didn't know what can we do to have a purpose of life.To live a healthy and peaceful life without the fear of death and also be happy with family.

It's Time for a change.

I then decided that i am going to start my journey to a better life.I researched online to know how i can live a healthy, peaceful and purposeful life. I got some details there. And i embarked my journey to a better living. I was ready to learn to FLY.

If you want to soar in life you must learn to FLY( first love yourself)

I took three important steps of life, which changed me completely.

Step 1-

I started to first become healthy . Because we need a healthy body to get a healthy mind and then we can live for a purpose. So i started with yoga and some home workouts. Then i started with mindful eating. Making sure i am eating food that strengthens my immune system so i can fight any viruses or bacteria and also i started losing weight and gaining muscles. This made me more confident and i felt lighter, happier and confident.

Step 2-

I then felt that i need to work on myself mentally as well. As due to the pandemic i was very depressed. i had an overload of office work and household work with kids and a narcissistic husband life wasn't easy for sure. I decided to meditate and that helped me a lot. I became anger free in six months. I always smiled, It didn't matter to me how rude or mean anyone is my life was. I was always peaceful and happy. This was really helpful. Also i started to forgive massively. No matter how anyone has wronged me i would forgive them immediately and pray to GOD for them to be healed. And this process of meditation and healing made me a strong individual internally.

Then i became mentally and physically strong.

Also i felt much lighter. Forgiveness makes our heart and mind lighter for sure. So by now my body, heart and mind were all light but I needed more to be able to FLY.

Step 3-

The last step that i took towards my well being was to find a purpose of life.which i never had before. Living a normal life is not enough. You can thrive only if you have a purpose of life. And to Thrive means to FLY.I finally found a purpose for my life. Which now makes me complete. A book that i read helped me find my purpose. The book is IKIGAI. This book describes how life without a purpose is incomplete . Its Japanese concept. It shows how they live for a purpose and that's why they a live long, healthy and purposeful life.

The purpose is to help others to become healthy physically and mentally and help them find their purpose of life. Even after doing my corporate job which is hectic i managed to study further at the age of 48 years and i became a dietitian.

I help people live a healthy life by losing weight and gaining confidence. I also help them to becoming mentally sound and find their own purpose of life. I teach them to meditate. And I do this free of cost. As my aim is not to earn money. But earn a few smiles that can make me rich emotionally.

Finally i learnt to FLY.

After losing weight and forgiving people i am feeling much lighter. And finding a purpose of life made me thrive. I am light enough to FLY. I am lighter in the mind , body and soul.
