How to overcome fear - Part 4
16. Talk to people who have the same fear
Finding people in the same situation as us can be beneficial in practically every area of life. If we believe that what is happening to us is unusual, if we feel misunderstood, or if it is difficult for us to talk about these problems, finding ourselves in front of another person facing the same situations (or almost communicating with them) allows us to open up and share experiences that help us gain strategies that we would not otherwise have had.
17. Don't be afraid of criticism
Sometimes, regardless of whether our fear is riding a bicycle, speaking a new language, or falling on the floor, we stop trying or make mistakes because of criticism from others and don't take the important steps to face our difficulties. We all hit speed bumps sometimes. Often, people don't know about us as much as we think. If someone talks down about us, we have more to lose by avoiding our goals than by listening to their negative comments.
18. Take advantage of technology
Technological advancements help us overcome our fears in many ways. There are already treatments that use virtual reality to safely and effectively convey the object of panic to patients. Still, you don't have to go that far. We can download apps designed for this purpose.
For example, there are apps designed for people who are afraid of traveling by air. These apps provide data on travel safety or stress-reducing exercises. Children can also find tools to help overcome their fear of the dark, such as games or public speaking.
19. Don't trust any source
There is a remarkable amount of information on the Internet without context on the things that fuel our fears (and on all subjects in general). For example, if you are deeply burdened by disease or attacks, ignore most of the warning and ill-advised data. This flurry of random references sometimes makes it difficult to understand specific topics and leads to wrong conclusions.
20. Seek professional help if needed
Even a lack of faith causes fear. Distance creates uncertainty and fear, and can be detrimental to any family or community's progress. When members of a nation do not trust each other, there is fear. You must fear the law, but you cannot always act in fear in society. Fear of authority, fear of your elders, fear of losing a loved one, fear of losing a job, or fear of being persecuted. The truth is you can't manage anything through fear. Fear is necessary, but only good when it is seasoned with a pinch of salt. But, listed here are 3 secrets to conquer fear, which we were never told before. Live a fearless life.
Different types of fear:
* Fear of failure
* Fear of death
* Fear of public speaking
* Fear due to anxiety
* Fear of exams
* Fear of driving
* Fear of flying
* Fear of heights
* Fear of drowning
* Fear of rejection
Conquering fear is not always entirely up to us. Let's say you have a phobia-like problem that prevents you from progressing in various areas of your life. In that case, it is recommended to consult an experienced professional such as a psychologist or psychiatrist.
If you are still reading this article, you are probably stuck in your own fear and looking for a way to freedom. right?

'5' below
1. Get out of unconsciousness. Avoiding danger requires more energy than danger. A person is driven by the thought "better safe than sorry". To overcome this stage, ask yourself: Is your comfort zone the same as yours? Imagine who you could be without your fear.
2. Getting out of your perceived comfort zone. At this stage, a person is driven by the belief that uncertainty is the only constant and clear in his life. That is, a person understands that he is violating himself, but remains in the old place. At this stage, it is important to motivate yourself with fame. You are a brave person and can step out of your zone.
3. In the third stage, a person does not fear uncertainty but does not seek it. If doubt, be curious.
4. The search for the uncertain, the unknown, and the new. Learn to see opportunities.
5. Acceptance of uncertainty (in view of the world). Realize that anything can happen, but every event has a meaning.
Cheers to a fearless life
