I spent nearly two decades in the dental world starting from front desk, then managing operations across multiple clinics, training teams, and consulting for high end practices in both dental and medical aesthetics.

I loved the work. I loved the patients. But what I really noticed over the years was how broken the hiring process was.

I saw practice owners struggle to find reliable team members.

I saw amazing people walk through the doors full of potential only to be overlooked because they didn’t have the “right” background.

And I kept thinking, What if someone just gave them a chance?

That’s when the idea for Fabysmiles started taking shape.
