Don't Give Up On Your Most Rainiest Days!
"Life is full of happy and sad moments. During the rainiest days, when everything seems pointless, it's easy to yearn for sunny days all the time. However, there are benefits to embracing both the good and the bad. Adapting to both can have numerous advantages. In this brief piece I authored, you will discover why life is valuable and why it is worthwhile to continue living."

The sun and the rain choose not to be mad at each other because they know that they both get a chance to dance on the sky's dance floor, sometimes together, and simply because the Earth appreciates them both! In life, we will have good and bad days. On sunny days, people are usually happy. Kids are riding bikes, couples are walking their pets, and the sound of the ice cream truck anticipates someone waving them down to purchase a nice, cool ice cream cone. At the park, there's a picnic with the smell of ballpark hot dogs that were on sale for $2 for 6 at Meijer, and the smell is so good that flies and bees can't stay away. Children are screaming, saying 'push me harder' while getting pushed by their siblings and parents, and some are on the seesaw and making a new friend as the warm breeze blows on everyone's skin. Some people are at the beach, some are on a boat, and some may even be just sitting on the porch with a nice cool drink, or some just drinking regular tap water right out of the sink. Summer days make us feel good, and there are so many things to do. But what about when it starts raining and clouds come through?
Rainy days make us sleepy, and for some who do not have jobs, it would make them long to stay in bed holding onto the remote that always comes up missing. Umbrellas are necessary. Can you imagine how much the developer of those wishes for rain? It can also be soothing because of the sound dripping against one's windowpane. What about when rain is not regular rain, but it becomes the rain of feeling depressed because of losing a loved one, a job, having no money, feeling alone, or going through temporary hardship that you think is permanent? It makes one feel like they have no other option but a quick escape from their filled plate. Hard times make us stronger; it builds our character. "When feeling down, it's important to pray for more faith and declare a 'rematch.' Then, muster up the strength to persevere by saying, 'I won't give up repeatedly! You have to start trusting in God and ask for the grace to live one day at a time while its raining and ask him to strengthen your prayer life each day."
We must learn to accept the good with the bad, the sunshine with rain because they both are not always guaranteed to last long even though we may prefer more sunshine than rain but that's not how life works, unfortunately and especially not with nature. We will have days when both outweigh each other because both are good for our soul, just look how much the grass and flowers look weak while being drenched out, but it's all for a reason just so they can begin to grow and sprout. Our life has many Chapters, so don't let suicide become an option on your rainiest day and give up living in your CHAPTER 11 because if you do, the success and the release of your depression you will miss out on in your CHAPTER 27.
THE END
My hearts goes out to those who have lost loved ones or friends to suicide. I hope that my article was enlightening and motivating. I sincerely hope that reading this will give you hope and inspire you to get assistance if you are quietly battling with suicidal thoughts. Never forget that getting help when in mental distress or a suicide crisis is not a sign of weakness so do not be reluctant to ask for help and support.
