Don't feel down; stay motivated
Motivation is everything!

A scarcity attitude will almost always result in the manifestation of lack in your life. Is it possible that you are unintentionally and actively generating a lack of resources in your life? Take a look at the following table. Recently, my wife and I went out to dinner with several of our friends, who were also a married couple, at a reputable restaurant.

As an aside, I'd like to point out that his pair was in an excellent financial position; both of them worked and had a respectable income. They had no difficulty placing an order from the menu. In addition, the restaurant was not prohibitively pricey at all. We had a look at the menu and made a decision quite fast on what to eat. Our companions had a look at the menu and couldn't decide what they wanted to have for dinner.
In what ways does having a scarcity mentality differ from other mindsets? It is also known as a bad attitude, restricted thinking, fear of achievement, and low self-esteem, to name a few more terms for this state of mind. The term scarcity refers to the absence of something. The Universe, on the other hand, is plentiful. All that is required is for you to recognize this and begin connecting with the wealth of the Universe. This term is defined as follows by the Cambridge Dictionary: "a circumstance in which something is difficult to locate or get." Scarcity is defined as follows by the Merriam-Webster dictionary: "the characteristic or condition of being scarce."
It is possible to alter one's state of mind. It is not something that can be rectified. It is analogous to getting rid of old furnishings and purchasing new ones. You must purge your mind of any notions of scarcity and replace them with thoughts of prosperity in order to achieve success. Shortage, scarcity, and inadequacy are all things that may be transformed into wealth and plenty. Simply altering your thinking patterns and cultivating a good mindset will accomplish this goal.

One's mental attitude toward scarcity has absolutely nothing to do with one's financial situation. This is an attitude that may be seen in both wealthy and impoverished individuals. The majority of individuals are completely unaware of this scarcity mentality. Rather, it is something people do knowingly and accidentally without thinking about it. It is necessary to be conscious of one's situation in order to evolve out of it. This is the first stage in the process. Learning to dream large, developing self-esteem, and expressing greater love for oneself are all necessary steps in overcoming this obstacle.
In the Universe, there is an abundance of everything. When you restrict your mind to the abundance of the Universe, you are effectively pushing it away from you. If you allow yourself to be receptive to the abundance of the Universe, you will draw it into your life.
If you open your heart and mind to wealth and plenty, there will be no room for scarcity awareness to existing. You will open yourself up to a sense of success. When you believe that you do not deserve to be successful, you set yourself up for failure. Though you feel that you are unable to spend money on yourself, even when you have the means to do so, you are also limiting yourself. Another issue to consider is whether or not you want to spend money on something since you do not need or want it. If you are pleased, contented, and comfortable with your current situation, that is perfectly OK.

When you are furious, resentful, dissatisfied, and unsatisfied, it is not acceptable to use these feelings to keep yourself from receiving and purchasing the items that you really need. Thinking little, continually hunting for bargains, and giving up on your dreams are all examples of tiny thinking. Fear, a lack of self-esteem, and a lack of self-love are all shown by this conduct.
