Do you suffer from acne prone skin?
Needn't to worry, carry on to discover the no.1 cure!

No. 1 cure: Don't touch your face!
Have you ever noticed that when you stop touching and itching your face you don't get any breakouts? Our hands are dirtier than our face because we have more germs and bacteria when we touch unclean surfaces.
Our face is dirty as well we have oil, dust and pus too but when we touch our face it gets an electric contact so we spread it everywhere a lot more. Popping your pimples will aggravate your acne and you’ll get permanent scars. So remember, don't touch your face and you'll definitely see the difference!
Wash your face daily with soap
If you battle with oily skin you must remember to wash your face on a day to day basis with soap otherwise you will get oilier at the end of the day. The reason that your face gets oily is from excessive sebum.
So to stop this you must cleanse; although you have oily skin, it is still recommended for you to use a moisturizer or primer to hydrate your skin because dry skin is a lot more worse to deal with!
Use oil free skincare and makeup
People with oily skin should use oil free products because if your moisturizer, foundation and makeup highlighter etc, is too oily, shinny and dewy, you will make your skin worse and acne comes to oily skin rather than dry skin.
Just to clarify any confusions, just because you have oily skin doesn't mean you should avoid moisturizers because if you don't hydrate your face, dryness will make it dehydrated so you will get more oilier to moist itself.
Get physical fitness and mental stability
Stress, anxiety and depression is the biggest enemy for the human body. It's important to get physically and mentally stabilized and fit so that we can be healthy and live longer. Exercise is crucial to prevent metabolism syndrome and cardiovascular diseases. For eg: walking is known to be healthy for the heart.
When you're mentally, physically active, eating healthy and cutting down greasy foods your acne will slowly disappear but only if you're persistent in your commitment to breaking free from acne.
What to do on that time of the month- your menstrual cycle
When you're on your period, you may feel sluggish, lethargic, anxious and nauseous which is completely normal. All those low and grumpy moods are from your estrogen and progesterone hormones which is why it leads to more breakouts.
And certain hormonal imbalances like endometriosis. Try and get some exercise, eat a soft diet for the week, avoid milk chocolate; instead opt for dark chocolate because sugar can make your symptoms worse; cleanse and exfoliate your face. Lastly, don't forget to wash your hands before touching your face!
Drink at least 10 cups of water daily
The human body is 90% water so drinking plenty of water will slow down sebum in the glands and you will get less oily when you're hydrated. In general, drinking water during the day; (rather than at night); not all at once but in between meals is the most healthiest drink because it's a light choice and sugar free. According to studies, soft beverages for eg: Coke, Fanta or Sprite causes CANCER.
Eat healthy
It is proven that delicatessen meats for eg: salami causes CANCER and oily foods like fried chips, processed, chips, butter, margarine or anything that contains oil can make your face oilier. Cutting out oily foods and leaning on fruits and vegetables will slow down the excess oil on your face and your acne will slowly disappear if you make long term dietary habit changes.
