Outlook About Indian Education System

Unlike everyone, Dipesh has a different conception of the education system. Most people criticize the theory parts of the school curriculum, whereas he gives equal weight to the theoretical and practical implementation. Our educational institute today gives more importance to theory mug up than practically implementing it evaluating its result. He agreed.

In his view, the root cause for the current problem is that our teachers and faculty members are incapable of creating a relevance between theory and its implementation in real life. In today's education, the focus is basically on mugging up and writing down knowledge.

Britisher has systematically destroyed our education system core foundation of gurukul. It is also true that, even in the modern age, the government does not pay attention to teacher training programs, skill development, and national policies to create a sense of achievement and compassionate interactions among students or citizens.

Yes, we have the best institutes in the world as IIT & IIM. But we also have to look at the number of aspirants who want to get admission into such an educational institute

Suggestion:

  • Focus on Teacher Training:

To create an institute where degrees mean something, we need highly qualified and skilled teachers because the institute is not about campus teachers is the ones who built a successful institution.

  • Students Mentorship Program:

Instead of lecturing to students or giving lectures, we should focus on collaborative thinking. Behaving like a friend to them understand their problem and current situation and help them to develop their desired skills rather than finishing the task.

  • Promote Innovative Mindset:

Today we all are standing the urge of the fourth industrial revolution. The world is changing so rapidly and we can not rely on another country to solve our problems.

  • Change the evaluation Process

one of the main reasons to fail the education system lies in process of evaluating the growth where your mugging up-skill will decide your growth. Creativity and problem solving have nothing to do with the evaluation process.

  • Entrepreneurship:

An entrepreneur is a person who works together with others to solve a problem they observe, and the solution is their product or service and by helping others solve their problem and generate profit.

Therefore, we should emphasize these skills in the education system by introducing extra-curricular activities and syllabus.

These are some of the points he discussed based on his experiences in his journey. Also included were points such as coding, logical thinking, financial education, ethical leadership, morality and negotiation.

Early Life

Born on 7 September 1998 in Indore, Madhya Pradeshto Mr. Vijay Gome, a government servant, and Vimla Gome, a homemaker. His family belonged to the poorer section of society where people struggled every day to make ends meet. But his parents never let him feel left out, they worked hard to provide him with good education and everything he needed But in 2007, he witnessed the struggles of his family when his father had to sell their under-construction House because of lack of funds. No-one helped them out during such troubling times and they were left to fend for themselves. This made him realize the importance of money and having emergency funds for unforeseen incidents like these.

He also realized how important it is to be financially independent. He believes that everyone in the family should be financially independent so they can survive such trying times. Since 2015, the beginning of his business journey, he has never looked back. No matter how tough his situation was, he never asked for money from his father. He has been a bright student since the start but he wanted something extra to stay ahead of his generation.

When he first started, he did not know what to do or how to do it. But he expanded his business and took it to new heights with his strong will power, perseverance, a sense of responsibility and love for his family.

Career :

He built RPM Group India from scratch, without anyone’s support. Today, he has a staff of 10+ employees working with him. He has 4 business verticals under RPM Group, which are, RPM Advertise, RPM Garba Dresses, RPM Blogs, and The Virgin Blogs. His team consists of 8 core members and more than 50 associates and they operate all over India as well out of India.

RPM Advertise was his first venture, which is for advertising for brands and products with the help of roadways, social media, radio, television, etc. They also host events, from school events to business meetings to various family functions. RPM Garba Dresses is a seasonal venture where they rent Garba dresses during the Navratri season. They have two websites, The Virgin Blogs and RPM Blogs, to update people about all the latest news and give them helpful tips to do better in life. So far, they have accomplished the completion of over 1000 projects with various companies and people from all sectors of life. From FMCG businesses to clinics, he have worked with them all.

Entrepreneurial advice :

His advice to anyone who wishes to start their own business someday but doesn’t have the resources is,

“You don’t need a lot of money to start a business, all you need is the proper set of skills. In this digital era where invaluable content is available everywhere, you only need the drive and willingness to put in the work, acquire certain skills, and get the work done! So, start working on your dreams as early as possible and keep on pursuing your goals until you succeed. You don’t need to choose between working and studying as you can do them both! You should also take only 30% of your profit and reinvest the other 70% to grow your finance which will ultimately help grow your business!”
