Creative imagination for success

Imagination is wonderful!

By The Breatharian BloggerPublished 4 years ago 3 min read

Visualization is an activity that we all engage in on a daily basis. We fantasize about the things we want to have in our lives, or, to put it another way, we imagine them. We have mental pictures of things we want to have or accomplish in our minds, as well as mental images of things we are afraid of having or achieving. Whether we are conscious of it or not, we are continuously visualizing something. This activity has a significant position in the lives of all people.

You are using your imagination whenever you are thinking about or planning what to dress to work, to a party, or to the beach, for example. You use your imagination to create a mental image of yourself wearing the clothing that you are considering. When you decide to make a cake, purchase a new pair of pants, redesign your home, determine which vehicle to buy, plan a trip, tell a tale, mend anything around the house, or talk about a movie you have watched, you utilize your imagination and visualization.

You just see in your mind what you want to perform, whether consciously or subconsciously. You can see the actions you need to follow, and, on occasion, you may even feel the joy, fun, or misery of the event you are imagining, depending on how vivid your imagination is.

What is the definition of daydreaming? It is the process of envisioning scenes and activities in a mental movie that takes place in one's head. When we are daydreaming, the daydream may seem to be real to us. We may find ourselves repeating it often because we find it enjoyable. Repeating the same fantasy over a period of time causes the mental picture to get etched in our minds, and we begin to believe that it is possible for it to come true, and we begin to look for methods to make it come true.

Our fantasy may become a reality, particularly when there are strong emotions and desires involved since these emotions and desires ignite motivation and prompt us to take action.

You must be cautious with the things that you fantasize about. When happy daydreams become a reality, they have the potential to enhance your quality of life. Daydreams, on the other hand, maybe about negative experiences, such as challenges, difficulty, and self-pitying thoughts. If we keep repeating them in our minds, it is possible that they may manifest in the physical world, causing pain and misery. Make an effort to be more conscious of your daydreams, and do not let your mind daydream about things you do not desire or about things that make you feel unpleasant.

You have to be really cautious about what you let into your thoughts. Thoughts are like visitors that come to your mind to stay. The emotions they carry with them are either pleasant or bad. Everyone, even those you don't know, is welcome to come inside your house, do you? That is obviously not something you do. This should be the case with your thinking as well.

When the same kind of ideas recur again and over again in mind, they become permanent inhabitants. Your mind is your own residence. You should be cautious about who you let into your home. If you are a beginner, this may not seem like a simple task, but with time and effort, you will develop the skill of deciding which ideas to let enter your mind and which ones to reject.

Remember that the ideas and mental pictures that fill our minds, particularly those that are related to intense emotions, are the most powerful and effective tools we have at our disposal. Your feelings give your views more authority. The more intense your emotions are, the more intense your thoughts become, and the greater the impact they have on you.
