Did you ever find yourself looking for affirmation through the eyes of others? Once a teacher told me permission to grant, stop waiting for permission to be yourself. Not a single person has the right to grant you that permission except for you.
When I was in high school, I meet a girl who was very nice. So one day, in the school theater. The teacher was separating the papers. The teacher gave that girl the highest character on the stage. But a boy told her she could never do it. She would never perform that character properly. The teacher of the theater got angry and said, "I am the teacher. I am the one who decides who and who is not capable here". A girl took a seat close to that girl and said: "you're capable of everything you want to be if you believe in yourself." That girl performed that character, and it was a remarkable day in school. So be aware of who you are looking for and granting permission in your life. Through the eyes of who I see myself?
Who is measuring my capacity to run and become whoever I wanna-be.?
Be aware of who you allow measuring your capacity to grown in life. Is at work, at school. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, who want the best for you, and make you feel good, and this has to include yourself. You must be the first person to be positive about your own energy. Keep the good energy around you. You should not believe everything you see and read. The only things that are real in whats is present in this exact moment of your life. How are you preserving your energy? Who is the person guiding and advising you through the most important journey that is life? I use to ask myself this. The people we listen to at the same time are people who influence and lead us. So be aware, is this guiding me to good or bad, is this being a seed of happiness or sadness? Every day you should ask yourself this question. Then nothing and anything will have any power over you.
Who is in charge of your life? Your bad thoughts? Your confused emotions?
Be brave enough to accept the highest character and walk on stage and make your performance in life. If that girl had believed she was not capable of walk onto that stage and performed that character, she would have never seen the joy in the auditorium eyes. But she accepted she was capable, skilled, and talented to perform that character in that story. And she did.
Watch yourself and your reality. Life is too precious to be wasted in fights and sorrows.
"I have come to the frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element. It is my personal approach that creates the climate. It is my daily mood that makes the weather. I possess tremendous power to make life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration. I can humiliate or humor, hurt, or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis is escalated or de-escalated, and a person is humanized or de-humanized. If we treat people as they are, we make them worse. if we treat people as they ought to be, we help them become what they are capable of becoming."
-Johann Wolfgang
"believe in yourself, believe in your capacity to become whoever you wanna be in life."
"Good morning, good afternoon, good night. Whatever time you're reading this, have a good day."
