To put it simply start with love. That's the first thing anyone should do when it pertains to something that nurtures ones soul. At every instance of everyday, kindness and inclusivity is cultivated with love. With that being said I think it's a good start to wake up and love yourself first by setting good intentions and some self care. Its a lot like dominos, when the first goes the others will follow.
Always make sure to be kind to your family. You must warm your own heart with the love of your family. It's good to include them in the simplest of forms. It helps to always have something to help kindle those flames before facing the rest of the world. You know kindness is contagious. It's a simple smile to brighten someone's day, or holding the door for somebody on your way into the store.
Trying to keep your patience when it seems to be the hardest & giving to those in need even if you don't have a lot to begin with. You never know it could be you in need one day. Pay it forward day in & day out. When your kind to people it gives them hope. It helps turn on a light bulb in side their heart. What a truly beautiful thing it is how one smile can change the world around you.
The hardest thing as humans is that sometimes we can talk all day long without action. Really how hard is it to include someone else in your happiness? The smallest of gestures can change another's entire day. Maybe going out of your way to check on a friend, or always greeting someone with a smile. I would consider the act of kindness to be inclusive in general. When your simply kind to someone, you include them in your love. In turn they include those that are around them.
It's truly like throwing a rock in a pond, how one selfless act ripples through the world. Taking your friend to lunch or your Uncle to get a cup coffee would be very inclusive, but what about the homeless guy that hasn't ate in days? Or the person that's walking in the rain? Should we let them suffer or be generous towards those in need, warming our own hearts in the process?
I"d start with love. Not only for others but for our earth. What we leave behind for our children & our children's children. To leave a desolate land for them is an act of selfishness. Kindness & inclusiveness (love) goes beyond just day to day mannerisms. The actions we all take as a whole, as humanity should be these 3 things. Holding ourselves accountable for even the slightest misstep towards hateful actions. What does it mean to be human? It means all these things does it not?
It's including ourselves in our surroundings & doing everything with a kind heart. These are the 3 beautiful things that can change the world. What better way to be inclusive and kind in 2022 but to include you. It starts with you and I. The question really should be how can we the people, choose to be kind, inclusive, and loving. I think it's safe to say we should start with our own hearts.
Choose to be the change you wanna see in the world and never look back. I choose to aspire to inspire, love unconditionally without regret. I choose to write, letting the wind carry my words. I choose to paint everyone's life bright. I choose to leave this world a better place than I found it. Blessed are the ones that see these things and choose to make the world anew. It all starts with me and it all starts with you.
With love & light
