Be The Change That You Want To SEE
Peace and Blessings

Hi my name is Evangeline Dahn and I have a passion for giving back to others and supporting others. As of right now I am a SGT in the Army National Guard, a Online CSR REP for Wellsfargo, learning how to play guitar, a mother of 4, I’m currently in CNA school and building my own business. I became a National Guard in order to serve my country and to help keep us safe. I am a soldier 24 hrs a day though and my soldiers trust and respect me. Therefore if I get a phone call at 1am , then I answer right away. You never know what someone is going through and a few minutes or hrs is more important than someone committing suicide. I make myself available everyday and frequently remind everyone that I am available, if you need help, need someone to talk to, or advice.
In the past year I have counseled 2 soldiers out of suicidal thoughts. I took the time to save their lives. It is astonishing to me that a soldier I haven’t seen in 13 years picked up the phone to call me for help. It is also amazing, because that lets you know how wonderful of a person I am that gave that soldier the impression that I would always be there for you. As a online CSR Rep I have been implementing my motivation techniques to assist customers. My go to saying is Be the change that you wanna see. Many customers call upset, down and out and sad. When this happens I lift these people up. I tell them after every storm is a rainbow.
This is not your final destination. You are going to get through this. Rise and stand up like the king or queen that you are. A lot of customers need to hear this and I am the one to tell them. Not just because of empathy, because these customers are hurting and going through a hard time. Some of them need advice, lost their way and need reassurance and need to reminded that everything is going to be alright. For Christmas I asked for a sewing machine and material. I asked for these items so that I could make masks for women in shelters.
For my Birthday I decided to serve my purpose instead if partying. For my business I created a healing ointment that aids in the healing of eczema, dry skin, psoriasis, aches, sprains, cuts, burns. The healing ointment also can be applied in your nose to help aid in breathing, can be used as a massaging aid, and can be used to for shaving. I created this healing ointment to serve my purpose in healing the world and its made with all natural ingredients. My healing ointment has been used to aid in the healing of soldiers in Iraq, Kuwait. I have helped healed people in Ohio, North Carolina and Africa. My end goal is to help heal everyone in the world, serve my purpose to aid in healing, help fight back against chemicals, cancer, and lack of knowledge.
I am currently going to school to learn how to be a CNA so that I can take care of my mom when that time comes. My mom has RA, and retinitis pigmentosa. This requires my mom to need a caregiver, but not just anyone someone she can trust , rely on , and feel comfortable with me. My mom has to read with glasses and a magnifying glass. She sees figures instead of people, her blood sugar drops and she goes into panic mode. She forgets where her items are her hip is deteriorating and she has type 2 diabetes. So when she loses items I go find them.
When she is sad we go talk so that she can vent. When she is sick I bring her medicine and her favorite snacks. If she is hungry then I come over cook and or buy her something to eat. The little things really do matter in life and family is important in a elders life. Treat people how you would want to be treated. Give back to your community. Straighten another person’s crown. Seek God in everything you do. Peace and Blessings ❤️
