You can't make your life easy, and if you make it, then it's not life.

From breaking and hurting my own soul, from expecting love to friendship, I understood one deep lesson; never increase your expectations when people start to love you, because when our expectations get exceeded with their responsiveness, our world would start to revolve. I'm always in deep search of finding life, love, and friendship in humans, and I 've found many good people and bad people too. Infact, good and bad people are nothing, but their expectations and characters. You know, in Japan, people manage to live alone even in big apartment. Yeah, it's difficult to live like no one cares about us, but that is increasing our stress and depression in everyday life. Why does no one care? These types of questions are sucking our mental strength and making us mad humans. Japanese people manage to live alone because they have a purpose, a life purpose, in which they don't have time to complain about the things they don't have. The problem is not the people but our mandatory way of looking for people. I don't think, living alone is a bad idea, even it a tremendous idea to do what you want and lead your life like your own leader. No one is sucking your time and you have 100% to give your goals, but it's possible when you give your best dedication without worrying about unnecessary things. If you are living alone, here's the best ways to find purpose and nothing will give stress to your mind:

1. Live Your Goals

By Nicolas Moscarda on Unsplash

Whether you are with people or living alone, you need a life goal where you live everyday while thinking and working on it. Our minds need something good to move forward in life and life goals can do it for anyone. I wanted to be a writer where I could serve people with what I perceive and experience, and here I'm. Live your goals with a great purpose to arouse your curiosity and get dedicated to it, and after that you will even forget what can stress you.

2. Art is Life

People have hobbies and art and they do it even when they earn money from it or not. Everyone has something they love and they do it consistently. We call it art because art arises from our curiosity and intelligence. Creative people are generally happy because they get lost in the process of achieving it. When humans go inside in search of art and build it over time, it becomes beautiful and nothing will ever matter after that. Anything you love is your art.

3. Enjoy Little Things & Never Feel Boring.

If we think, flowers are boring, we don't understand the meaning of life. Life has a deep sense where humans have a lot of opportunities to enjoy little things. Little slow things are deep and dedicated. To experience a rising sun or a glowing moon can make any human happy even while watching it everytime. People shouldn't feel bored with everyday work. Some people love to experience evening tea, spending time with books, keeping an eye on favorite food and anything that can make you think deep. Actually Little things are big things in our life.

4. Make Money & Travel

By Philipp Kämmerer on Unsplash

After traveling to most of the states in India, including world heritage sites, mind boggling falls, ancient erotic art, tongue melting food and face-soothing wind; I understood, experiencing new places, especially ancient and untouched, is a great gift to human beings. Humans don't need much money to travel, but some money to experience the world in their own style. When I wander, I feel my mind, dedicated, body and soul moving, hands looking to touch ancient art and eyes to capture the whole moment forever. India is incredible and you will never get bored even when you have experienced it before. You live alone or not, but don't forget to travel.

5. Understand you don't need people everytime

By Austin Mabe on Unsplash

Wrong: Humans are unhappy because they don't have anyone to talk to.

Right: Humans are unhappy because they don't appreciate being alone and always look for the approval of people.

Humans don't need people everytime; they need a mind that accepts every good and bad situation. We need acceptance for everything and nothing will ever be trouble after that.

6. The Gist of Lovable Activities

As a writer, I always feel happy when I find time to sit down alone in a natural environment and write what I learn everyday. I love many activities, but I'm mentioning some activities that everyone should follow:

6.1 Love animals. Hug and never hurt them.

6.2 Enjoy nature trail everyday. Take dig-deep participation in understanding how nature works.

6.3 Always keep your expectations low and responsiveness high.

6.4 Laugh when possible.

6.5 Building your strong character is the only way to live life without stress. Too much caring is good until it doesn't hurt us.

6.6 Never lose your priority even when you find new good people.

6.7 On the journey of life, you will lose a lot of people and this is natural. Nothing will remain eternal, not even our life.

The Final Suggestion

By Ayom Rohmansyah on Unsplash

While having expectations, humans always get hurt. While loving someone, love becomes the regular effect on our lives. Some days we do some activities unknowingly, but that are actually important. Find our what makes you when people love you. Because one day, if you miss it, people will leave in a blink.

Get afraid to change if you want people and get changed and if you want to know about people.
