Aging — Will My Body Go The Only Way It Knows
If we are not producing the necessary hormone, such as estrogen, will our bodies revert to their previous functioning?

Dedicated to everyone enduring challenges, trials, and pain in our world now.
Listening to a group of older folks talking and complaining about how life without estrogen and a decline in testosterone is making their lives and living impossible, and I wonder.
Humans will live the life they know, despite the pain and agony it brings them. I have witnessed this ongoing cycle in many lives here in my culture, because many are unaware of the hell their careless and unhealthy lifestyle is adding to their lives at that moment. I have seen the consequences of regret on their health, lives, families, and friends as well. How we lived in the past will come back to haunt us in the future, as our past actions were investments for the future. Many times, the dividend isn’t healthy or what we want.
Your life is your investment.
I have also seen many individuals thrive, and some of them continue to live and function well into their eighties and nineties, just as they did in their teens. They loved the dividends their life investment repays, and they live accordingly.
What will your body revert to?
I have been active all of my life, mentally, emotionally, physically, psychologically, and spiritually. However, my body is no longer producing the primary hormone that regulates it, estrogen.
Will my body revert to the life I was living before to survive?
How we live in our youth and beyond, can it save us as we get older?
How I lived in my youth is what carried me to almost sixty and is still able to do a lot in all areas that life decides to challenge me, even with menopause fighting to destroy me emotionally.
Menopause used the only weapon it thinks can render me weak.
Lol, we are enemies, and I don’t intend to lose this battle. No estrogen is unaware that I was always emotionally intense, and I go deep within myself for answers to many of life’s questions and trials.
Menopause doesn’t know that I am from the Rock, so I have never met Easy. Nor do I accommodate it.

These life changes aren’t aware that I am a child trapped in an adult’s body, and my innovative, creative imagination is what has been used to defeat life’s challenges. The lack of estrogen is also unaware that I have a washing machine and a dryer in my head that process everything before it’s presented. All cycles are utilized before the product is introduced and released into the world.
Our minds and brains tend to gravitate towards familiarity, and change isn’t welcome with open arms. Lack of estrogen and a decline in testosterone affect many of our choices. Without both of them, will our bodies follow suit? Will our minds go back to what we know?
I think many of us can tap into our brains and past and find the best resources that can enable us to live how we want, no matter what estrogen and testosterone think, say, or do.
What do you think?
I am from the rock, #Iintend2survive despite what menopause does to me.

How we live our lives is extremely important to our survival, because life will test us, sometimes at our weakest moments. Annelise Lords
