In a time like this when all you can do is wait and see what comes next. It is vital to keep your body, mind and spirit stimulated in a positive frequency. The frequency of LOVE for ourselves and for others. There are two levels of frequency you can vibrate on. One vibration is fear, which can consume you & keep you feeling stuck, sad & in a state of need.
On the other hand, you can live in the frequency of LOVE & have that be the vibration you attract. Love means you are grateful, faithful, you see the beauty in the good and the bad & no matter what happens, you always come back to LOVE!
I'd like to share 5 Powerful practices you can do in the comfort of your own home to keep your vibes high, all while learning, growing & LOVING yourself.
Before beginning your day & these powerful practices, it would be best if you'd engage in a 5, 10- or 15-minute meditation. Whatever time span works best for you, do that!
Set your intentions to clear your mind and become grounded in the present moment. Meditation is a great practice to incorporate into your daily routine. I enjoy meditating to become mindful of my actions & center myself for the day ahead of me.
The 5 Powerful Practices
1. Have fun! Smile, Laugh & Relax as much as possible
• Watch a funny movie or television show.
• Turn on your favorite feel good music & dance around the house.
• Play a card or board game.
• Do a craft (paint, draw, color, design).
• Tell fun, loving, silly stories about your past.
Anything that can keep you & the ones around you laughing and smiling engage in that. The health benefits are amazing & can help reduce stress.
2. Manifestation Mirror Work
I LOVE mirror work!!!
Here is how it works… You can either sit, stand, or lay in bed & stare into a mirror. You should stare at yourself deep in your eyes, into the depths of your being. Look at all of your beautiful features & become in tune with yourself. Once you've done that you can start manifesting & affirming love, peace & positivity over yourself & life. This will activate changing your subconscious mind.
Positive Affirmation Examples:
• I am Enough.
• I am Patient.
• I am Loved.
• I am A Good Person.
• I am Extremely Intelligent.
• I am Strong.
And so on, with positivity. Whatever you'd like to change about yourself and circumstances, affirm that. This is more effective if done for 21 consecutive days.
3. Stay Physically Active
YouTube always has wonderful & fun dance workout routines. You can do these in your living room or wherever you find the proper space.
Crunches, squats & sit ups are perfect for in home workouts. If you're able, go for a nice walk around the block & just step outside to get some fresh air & sun rays!
4. Watch What You Are Consuming
Stay aware of what you are consuming mentally, emotionally & physically.
In particular I am speaking of your eating habits.
Remember to:
• Hydrate yourself
• Eat fruits & vegetables
• Take your vitamins
• & Remember everything is okay in moderation ;)
5. Educate Yourself
Knowledge is Power. Whatever you'd like to learn about or a new skill you want to brush up on, research that!
• Watch A Documentary
• Read A Good Book
• Watch A Good Movie with A Positive Message
Growth requires change, & at times it may not be as easy as it seems. But if you remain consistent & remain positive about it, you can alter your life in a BIG way. All while in the comfort of your own home.
