One day we will die. We came here, to live. We will go. I am happy with it. Life is all about suffering. The more we live, the more we suffer.

And It’s true.

Don’t think I am pessimistic, who has negative ideas in his head. It’s true. In future, I will tell my children the same thing, Life is all about suffering.

Last night, I was watching Vikings season 5. ‘Lagatha’ main female character, told her daughter-in-law this life lesson about suffering. Humans are suffering from the stone age. Actually, suffering has given rise to religion and nobility.

It’s the rule of nature, more advancement, more suffering.

If life is all about suffering how we must respond to it. Is there any book, or course or you have to go to Himalaya for searching it like prince buddha?

God gave us the brain to deal with our suffering. We can think logically and analytically. If we were able to take the right decision at right time, we can reduce our pain.

1. Change your environment

Our surrounding affects our life. Our working conditions and neighbour, allow us to react by their behaviour. It can be positive and negative. If you’re living in the surrounding where neighbours are headache, or your employer is paying you less and tells you to work more, then its time to switch your job and home.

Live in a place, which gives you peace and satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to change the environment, if you’re suffering from it. You will find a place where you can flourish like a flowering plant in the spring season.

2. Cut off Negative People from life

I see many couples quarrel with each other for many years. I don’t understand, why they live with each other if they fight day-night?

When we fed up with such immoral and irritating people, it is wise to left them. It is the best decision.

You will find 90% of people in your life uninterested and not good enough to make a friend. We still live or speak with them, because we can’t let them go. When you decide to left them, you gain peace and harmony in life.

3. Don’t allow someone to control you

I made many wrong things, burying my opinion to please others. I stopped being a people pleaser. I left many friends and relationships behind but I have no regrets.

People try to control your life by offering you relationship and friendships. They are the jack of all trades, and you make your self cheap to fulfil their wishes. This cycle goes on. One day they fool you and left you wounded.

Don’t allow such people to control your life. Try to be yourself, with making your own beliefs and opinion.

4. Don’t compare your ship with other’s plane

Stop comparing your wealth, beauty and happiness with others. People look happy from outside, but they have tons of problems from inside.

Comparison kills satisfaction, more we compare we live dis-satisfied life. Stop comparing, set your own goals and standards. Try to achieve them, celebrate every victory. You will be more happy and satisfied.

5. Find a way out

Sometimes we all fall in that endless trap of suffering. We suffer a lot when we raise our expectations, our attachment towards event or person. Problems are with us until we are here. To reduce your suffering, you must find a way out of it.

Find the root of your suffering

What is your suffering limit (If you can’t make a way out)

Find possible solutions for your suffering

Apply them ( They must be practical)

When we take action to reduce pain, we get a new way of living our life. Find a way out of it is the first step to how we react with suffering.
