My mind was confused. I had thoughts that I didn't understand and couldn't name my feelings. So I've started to achieve journaling, but not in the "nice diary" way. I have just written honestly about what I felt without judgment.

Sometimes it was heels. Sometimes it was a single line like, "I feel empty today." But by putting my thoughts on paper, I gave it somewhere rather than cheering up in my head.

4. Setting Micro-Goals (Because Big Ones Were Too Much)
