Did you know that affirmations do indeed strengthen us by helping us believe in the potential of an action that we desire to manifest in our lives? As we put forth the action and attempt to verbally affirm our wishes, we are instantly empowered with a deep sense of reassurance that our words of affirmation will without a doubt manifest itself in our reality.

As a teacher and student of spirituality reveled by our ancestors, it is my firm belief that each and every one of us influence the universe by the words we speak. Whenever we utter a sound there are sound waves emitted into the universe. This sound wave then pierces through the air and becomes energy. It exists in our world even though it is technically invisible.

There is beauty that exists within the art of the spoken word, which is crucial in crafting our futures.

In addition there is no such thing as empty words. Every single syllable we speak daily, brings energy towards or outwards to the universe.

Therefore it is essential to learn to choose you words wisely. If you repeatedly say "I can't," the energy signature you created behind your words will repel the universal force against you.

Instead if you say "I can!" the universe will present you with opportunities and the abilities to do just that. You can most definitely predict your own future and live up to your potential with these 30 affirmations that will serve to change your life!

What are positive affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge, and overcome self-sabotaging, and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. You might consider affirmations to be unrealistic "wishful thinking."

Want To MANIFEST Anything You Want?

It is rather simple and easy to manifest anything into your reality. Louise Hay enlightened us on the fact that every thought we think, and every word we say is essentially an affirmation. Basically every single little minor or major self-criticism and complaint that you have about your current job or family are affirmations.

As a result, we unconsciously go through our lives repeating these negative thoughts and words as a whole, which in turn creates more negativity in our lives.

Instead, to bring more positive energy to us, Louise advises that we use affirmations to:

  1. change the unpleasant things in our lives, and
  2. to create amazing opportunities in our lives.

The infamous Louise advises us to use affirmations for a total of 30 days in a row.

Dont's of Writing Affirmations

Here's why affirmations work, and the do's and don'ts...

If you are someone who needs positive affirmations as the perfect boost to get you through that challenging day at work or a stressful school project, a workout gym session or to stay productive during your day then please affirm away!

Quick Affirmation Exercise!

In a matter of a few minutes you can effectively write affirmations fairly easily when you know how. Get this negative belief out of your mind and into the world by writing it down.

The first step is to find a quiet place where you can be alone. Take a minute to focus on writing statements that will improve your self-esteem.

The second step is to clean out the negative thinking that is already hardwired in your brain. By doing this over as short as 30 days time people overcome limiting and negative beliefs.

Try thinking about exactly what it is that you want to attract. Then you can identify the beliefs that might be stopping you from vibrating on the right frequency.

The trick is to do this daily and soon you will experience an alter or change in those thoughts, and programs, which are outdated and no longer serve you.

Remember, the more positive the language, the better the affirmation!

  • Never create an affirmation that just will manifest for you. If you don’t believe in your affirmation, you will most likely become hesitant and procrastinate to get started. Furthermore, if you write an affirmation that is somewhat difficult for you to adopt, make sure it starts with, “I am open to...” or “I am willing to believe I could . . .”
  • Never begin an affirmation by saying “I want” or “I need.” It affirms that you’re being needy. Instead, write your affirmations as an expression of being grateful for already having and being what you want.

Let's begin. Choose three negative thoughts you feel about yourself. Then write down the positive opposite to counteract that belief.

Lastly, always write your affirmations in the present tense.

Furthermore, you may often think, “I'm not good at anything, or I won't be successful at XY and Z." In this case, you would reverse this limited thinking by writing an affirmation like, “I am experienced and capable.”

Be sure to start your affirmations with “I”, "I am" or “My.”

Make sure your affirmation is short so that it's easier for you to remember.
